I ordered 2 items from this store, when they arrived the quality was awful. I have made multiple attempts to return the items, they will not accept a return. First they offered $18, now they're up to $40. I want my $98 returned. They claim to be made in the USA but customer service told me all items ship from Dubai. Do not waste your money. This store is a SCAM. I am disgusted with how they do business.

This company falsely advertises that its clothing is made in North Carolina.it is made in and shipped from China. Then it is shipped to the customer from California. That said I ordered two tops. It took several weeks for order to arrive. The quality wasn't bad but sizing was weird. The color and designs were unique so I placed another order. This one didn't go so well. Several weeks came and went and no communication from company. A couple of emails I sent were returned undeliverable. I tried again and informed company I was going to ask PayPal to cancel order and obtain a refund. Next day, without explanation, I got a credit from PayPal for full amount. I will never order from this company again. Too risky and too hard to communicate.

I totally agree with the 44 negative reviews. This company is a SCAM; the clothing is made out of something that looks like paper; sized terribly; worst of all is the fact that they will not refund your money, even though the ordering site states that you can get a refund! The customer (non)service department will attempt to negotiate a refund starting with $25, ultumately ending up offering $56 (on an $86 purchase). I ultimately got my credit card company to reverse the charges. Then Pappya cs department tried to say that they had refunded my money! Is there some government agency that can investigate these kinds of scamming companies? I cannot upload a copy of my receipt as they included no shipping receipts nor invoices in my package.

Please do yourself a favor and DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Straight out of China, looks nothing like pictures of the product/ clothing, won't refund your money, cheap cheap cheap materials! I'm going to put this review everywhere I can, I'm very angry! I wish I could sue them for the deceptive trade act! You WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTING!

I spent $84 on two items. I needed to return both. Customer service tells me I can keep both and will refund me $14. I can't wear them, so I want to return and get my money back. They then come back with they will refund me $35 which is still not acceptable. They then shared that they can refund $45, but if I wanted to return I would have to pay the international shipping since there only distribution center is in Dubai. Nothing regarding this is posted on their website. Consumers need to be made aware before purchasing from this company.

Despite the website stating try before you buy, unless you have bought from this website and the clothes are exactly your size and suit your figure do not order clothes from this company, which lists itself as being a SC company. I ordered 2 sweaters as a gift and paid $97.83 which included free shipping. An international service assessment of $2.93 was charged. Both items were ill fitting and emailed The service department three times to get a refund and and an address to which to return the clothes. I was initially offered $14 as a compensation refund with the comment that "you can keep the clothes. Is this OK?" The answer to my second email offered me $30 and the offer to keep the clothes. The response to my third email addressed to the manager stated that the final offer would be $48 and that the items could be kept but if "you insist on sending the items back you must pay the freight yourself" and a return address in Dubai was given. This amount was refunded.

I ordered a dress from them. I was totally disappointed in the quality: cheap, flimsy and nothing I would wear in public. When I contacted them for a form to return the item for a refund, they offered me $15 on a $67 purchase. When I refused they ceased communication. Do not order from this company!

BEWARE OF THIS SITE IT'S A SCAM!
This site is a scam! I purchased items totaling $92. Did not fit and now they are offering me $7! Not only that but it took a REALLY long time to even receive the products. Extremely Poor customer service as well. Not easy to contact. Their 30 day return is a joke!
Although it shipped to me from a CA address they want me to return to a Dubai address in order to receive any refund!

I ordered two tops back in May. Last week it said my ordered had shipped. Well a week later after checking USPS tracking it says post office is waiting for the package. I have written many emails and Pappya sends emails be patient shipment is on the way. Ha! No phone number! Very disappointed :(

Save yourself a headache and money, the stress is paper thin it's made very cheap. You can't wear a bra with it and you surely can't wear one without it it's not true to size and they never respond to emails or anything so just save yourself a headache.

I recently bought a few items, kept one and tried to return two. The return policy said to email them and they could be returned if tags on, not worn, etc. The first response offered me $15 and told me I could keep the tops. I said no thanks. The second response offered me $30. I told them once again, no thank you. Please let me know how to return for a full refund. Nothing. And of course there is no phone number on the website. Do not order from Pappya.

I placed a order on 4/23/23 and after 5 weeks it still has not shown up. I have sent emails asking for status and I get a generic message back there busy working on the order. That was two weeks ago. Still nothing
