I bought a dress on July 30th from them because they said they were out of S Carolina... they aren't. If I were a betting woman, I would say it's another scam out of Hong Kong.
The charge to my account came up as bananate UK, not pappya. I received an email on August 3rd saying my item has been shipped, but USPS has not received the item yet still and the link they originally sent me for tracking no longer is valid.
Their response is dear customer, the transit time os 12-14 days... to go a few states away?... OK, but I wasn't asking about transit time. I was asking why they hadn't actually shipped it.
It seems to me they created a label in order to send me tracking, then deleted it and have no intentions of sending me the item. I could be wrong, but they have been deceitful enough already, that I will be contacting my CC company tomorrow to cancel the order.
I wish that I would have read the reviews before I purchased the two tops. They look nothing like the pictures and are low quality for the price. I would not recommend buying from this website.
Order and never got confirmation of order, received order and it is horrible and will not wear it. No place to contact to return and it was not cheap! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY!
The material is some odd type of polyester, the print looks like it is a photograph. Extremely disappointed. You think I would learn. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHIP ITEMS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WAS ORDERED, AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR REFUND, THE OFFER A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU PAID AS "COMPENSATION".
Sizes are 2 sizes too small…will not respond to emails in a timely manner for refund

I ordered 3 dresses specifically for a vacation we were planning. The site said they were from South Carolina, USA. I was sent an email on 04/16/2023 that they were shipped with a tracking number. The website when I ordered said they would be here by April 20th which was in plenty of time for my trip. When they didn't arrive by the 24th I tracked the package and low and behold it was NEVER shipped. I checked with USPS locally and they said it was not sent to date with that number. I emailed the 24/7 service team and did not get a response. On 04/27/2023 I emailed again and let them know I was going to dispute the charges as they have NOT sent my items and at this point they were no longer going to be needed as I am going to have to buy something on the trip now to work. ONLY then did I get a response: Dear customer: We have shipped your order few days ago, it is still in transit on the way to POST's warehouse, could you kindly wait for few days?The tracking information will be updated timely.Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via *******@pappya.com WHAT A JOKE! So now they say they shipped to a WAREHOUSE just a few days ago and can I wait a few more days! No my plane leaves tomorrow and they misrepresented and lied about when it was shipped already. VERY FRUSTRATED! Feeling Scammed I had ordered 3 dresses at $131.97 When I just tracked it was just sent out and picked up today!
I bought three dresses to try to get one dress for my daughter's wedding. They didn't fit, even though I used their sizing guide. The colors were off as well, not grey. Their website says easy returns. But they don't do returns. They won't refund more than $30. They won't let me send the dresses back. I will NEVER buy from this site again. They have no customer service.
The 3 shirts I received took a month to get here. They were not as pictured on line and I am having trouble receiving a refund for the 4th undelivered shirt. I also wish I had read these reviews first.
