Don't waste your time with Pappya.com. Yes their clothing looks good. Is it high quality? Ehhh not so much. BUT the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No 24/7 service. After two weeks of ordering, I tried to cancel because they still hadn't shipped. Once it did ship, they said "see it's shipped". I explained I no longer needed the purchase. Now that I have received it, they still have not acknowledged a return that I requested four days ago. Save your money. Go to Amazon.

The worse website I have ever dealt with by far. I purchased a dress for $58. It did not fit and was very poor quality. I had never received a co formation of shipping so I had to hunt down a wY to co tact them. I told them it didn't fit and I needed to return it. They offered me $8 and told me to keep the dress. After much back and for they said they are in Dubai and shipping was too expensive so I could not return it. I had to register a formal dispute with my bank. I will never order from there again. I have never heard of not being able to return something that doesn't fit! And the quality is terrible - nothing like it appears online!

So, here is the deal. I ordered from them, and just like the other reviews, nothing came for a long time and when it did, it wasn't what I ordered. Surprise, surprise. I did research. If you go to the bottom of their page, it shows a UK address. And, if you dig deeper, you know that this company and SEVERAL others like it, are fake companies for China. This is a scam, no doubt about it.

This company is a rip off I ordered an oversized gray sweater and they come send me a baby blue sweater. I told him I want a refund they said I'll give you $5 if you just keep it. I don't want their stupid sweater if you send me the one that I ordered are you refund my $55.99 no one has the money to throw away that is some b*******

Same story as so many others. I ordered the clothes and after a month heard nothing. I emailed them and two days letter got an email that my items were shipped. They finally arrived and the sizing was totally off. I emailed asking for an address to return them and got a run around...keep the shirts and we will send you $10, then $15, then $20 and so on. I threatened to report them to the BBB and the attorney general but didn't seem to phase them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Expensive lesson learned.

The shirt I ordered was not like the picture and was way too large and low cut on me even though I ordered a small. I requested a refund and would return garment. They informed me that they don't give refunds and I would have to pay to return it. They offered $5 as compensation for the $39.99 garment. This shirt, even if it had fit, is not worth $40. I DO NOT recommend wasting your money at this company. I found out they have been reported to the BBB and is a scam company.

I needed to return and item. Took awhile for them to respond and then they offered me less than half the cost of the item. I declined and wanted a full reimbursement and they cam back again offering me half and said I have to pay for shipping. Never buy from them!

I ordered over $170.00 worth of clothes from this company. Once delivered the quality of the items were thin material. The sizing is small, compared to US sizes. The items did not fit so I requested a return shipping label, the response from the company is that their sizing is 2cm off of the US sizes and that they would refund $55,00 and I can keep the clothes that don't fit. I then asked to exchange a larger size and they said that they can do that BUT I HAD TO PAY 30. Shipping. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order 2 dresses one was great the other one not so much. Requested to different times to return for a size up or exchange for a different style……they will not get back to me! So disappointed in this company! You Better hope it will fit because you will be STUCK, like me, with a dress that DOESN'T FIT!

This company has a website that looks legit, says clothes are made in SC and then refuses to accept returns and will not refund your money for clothes that don't fit.

Do not order from this company, the first order I placed seem fine and good quality on dresses, but the net order the tops were different than online, having collars when the pictures do not show one, the quality was very poor and now no one will respond to my request for a return label, so much for the 30 days change your mind option. Hoping they respond to my fourth email. No phone numbers work either, so they are horrible to work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Clothes come from Dubai (not USA). Dress is nothing like the pictures. To get refund you must ship to a sketchy address in Dubai - worst service! Robbers and liars!

I was charged nine times for the same order. Called customer service the phone just ranged. I read this company is going through bankruptcy. Leap before you buy.

Run away from this site as fast as you can. Got my order after almost 2 months. What they advertise and what you get are as different as night and day.Ordered 4 tops just cheap looking. ‍ ‍ ‍

Clothes look amazing on photos. But the products look totally different when you receive them. I would like a refund. But they don't appear to refund.

Clothes don't fit right. Returns are impossible. The company does not give you what you paid. They offered me $25.00, I paid $90.02, and tell you to keep the clothes. Very poor business

I ordered a $50 dress and it took weeks for it to arrive. When it did, the material is cheap and very unflattering. It took 4 emails to get ANY response from customer service. They offered a $7 refund and I can keep the dress. I DON'T WANT IT! UNACCEPTABLE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I've emailed them 5x's asking for return instructions. I've heard back from them telling me how sorry they are that I didn't like the dress, and still no information on return address.

Ordered 3 items and tried to return. They.offered $36 and I had paid $113. And they said I could keep the items. The items were very poor quality! Not like the picture shown! Vert disappointed!
