Prior to creating an account and order, PapersOwl displayed essay turn around in 1,3, and 5 hours. This was not even a selectable option during order creation.
I gave the writer instructions to fix the grammar of my college personal statement and add a conclusion of the "social justice" portion of my paper. I got a paper back that was full of run on sentences and grammatical errors. The conclusion for the social justice portion seemed like a chat GPT summary of the entire paper. I reached out for support from the compant expressing my dissatisfaction before payment was due but when I emailed them back I did not recieve another response or updated edit of my paper. They gave me 10% off my next order which I will not be using. Now I'm in a worse spot than I started with my paper and out 100 dollars. I only have a couple days until all of my applications are due and I am more stressed due to this website.

It was easy and affordable and if you had any questions the writer and support team are very helpful
Ordering process is horrible. It is taking almost 35 mins to place an order and back and fort response. Felt like I am being forced to make a decision that do not meet my needs. This process also increased the price just for the fact that one is asking for a preferred writer.
