I received my paper within two hours of my request, even though I didn't need it for three weeks. The first draft left a lot to be desired. Upon requesting a revision the second draft once again came back in a couple of hours. This revision was a bit better than the first. Although I could uses pieces of the paper I cannot use the paper itself. I am certainly disappointed. I have used paperhelp before with much better results.

I dont like the fact that I am being charged additional money for a word count that I don't need there should be a way to adjust to exact amount that you so that your not getting more money from us than necessary. The first part of your intro makes it seem like this essay is an argument about pseudoscience in general. You don't mention crystal healing until 3/4 of the way through that paragraph. I love that you're citing when you summarize from sources, but try your best to fully introduce your sources the first time you mention them. Your audience needs to know the author[s] full name[s] and the title of the work you're summarizing from. Your intro lacks an enthymeme, which was a requirement. MLA doesn't use subsections like you're using. APA uses subsections. You can use APA if you'd prefer, but if you choose a different style, you have to stick to that style 100%. That means all formatting will change, heading, cover page, citations, works cited, etc. Some of your paragraphs are unfocused. Using subsections does to replace the need for focused topic sentences and paragraphs. Remember, each paragraph should have a specific topic sentence, and if the paragraph moves away from that topic, even slightly, you begin a new paragraph. This was the teachers comments.

The writer's quality dropped; they are not as good as before. I expected more from them, at least at the doctorate level, but mostly, I was disappointed. I lost many points because writers could not follow the simple instructions. Many of them may work at the undergrad level but for sure not at the doctorate level. I have had bad experiences with even advanced writers, which made me sad and disappointed. Not reliable to order here anymore while the AI software can write for free with much better performance

I had really bad and horrible experiences on my last couple of orders, which made me so upset and disappointed with Paperhelp and their quality writers, even Advanced writers. On my last 3 orders, they were all low-performance, even though I paid extra for advanced writers. They do not even know the basic facts of writing

It needs to improve, and respond faster with more details. Sometimes I asked a question and the representative customer service chat light was on but they did not answer me for even hours later
I had miserable experiences recently with 2-3 writers in PaperHelp. I chose the advanced writer, but they could not handle my order. They cheated by using others' works (plagiarism) and provided me with wrong information on the essay, which forced me to talk to customer service and block those writers.
I worked for a couple of years but the quality of the service recently goes down. I chose it because I like to give them the last chance and use my balance credits.
