In trying to work on and change shuffle programs, it is impossible to work on list as it is covered by an advertisement and I can not alter or arrange my shuffle programs or delete them.
You have an A-Z icon but clicking on it does nothing, You should be more concerned with treating your customers in a more friendly user way and supply a manual, that is readable and workable.

Had to uninstall on my Samsung 23. When I turned on the phone it automatically turned on. Would wake up others. PANDORA IS NOW UNUSABLE! THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM!

WHOM EVER CHANGED THEIR PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

Girl get hooked blindly

My gf loves it but i believe that it's just a waste of money. Girls get hooked and want more and more just for the sake of fashion and keeping up with others. There's nothing special in here, it's just marketing.

I paid for a annual family plan and after 3 months it quit working. No phone number to call and no reply to my email. After looking at their website they want me to all the information in all the dates for them to help me. Should they know that information from my account. That's virtually no customer service in my opinion.

I love Pandora

I listen to it often. It seemed at first when you selected an artist you never heard their music but Pandora has gotten much better at playing the music of the actual artist you select and not having so many commercials.

I love being able to find my favorite music on pandora when I need something to listen to. However, sometimes pandora strays away from what I had initially started listening to and some songs are unrelated to the station I had clicked on. Other than that, it works great.

I have paid for Pandora music for several years now with no problems and love the music. However the last year, they have charged my account twice in June and twice in October. In June I tried to contact them, which is impossible to do. I have submitted emails to Apple to straighten this out with no response. In December I started getting ads again. So I resubmitted my account info so they could continue charging my account, to which my account has never changed. After 3 times of this I gave up. Today, January 15, I received an email saying they had charged my account for this service, but I still continue to get ads. I have tried going through Apple to get this straightened out once again. I could not find anywhere that I could talk to someone or even submit an email to them. So I am done, and I hate that because I really enjoyed their music. I have cancelled my account and hopefully they will not be able to charge my account in the future.

That is 66 bucks for unlimited downloaded music MP3s to your laptop. I just leave my laptop on all day long for constant free music. I sleep and keep my laptop on and in the morning I wake up and check my downloads to see what new songs I got in my folder. This won't last forever, someone is going to crack down and stop us from getting our free music so get it while the getting is good!

Totally sucks. Listen to the adds and save the money. You are going to still get the adds. No number to call or email for problems. Once you subscribe you have to get the bank to block them to cancel. Really $#*!ty.

Wonderful

This is the most wonderful music channel ever. I listen at home on an internet radio, on the computer and especially in the car with a smart phone hookup. I have established an extensive playlist of the most beautiful music (at least to me) I could ever imagine. There is a cost outside of a Wi-Fi connection but to me it is worth every penny.

I've had panadora for years and years. The one issue I've always had was the repeat music. There needs to be more of a selection like spotify.
However I do love that from time to time they give you free trials and ad free days which is nice.

I have my music station set up, at first they were throwing in music I didn't want, I just disliked them, now after six months I get all of my favorite music and it's great. Never have been a music listener, now I won't walk around without my music playing. Thanks Pandora

I have been a member with Pandora for three years and the music is awesome. The price is great and the number of skips and thumbs down should be increased for paid members. The only thing that is frustrating is the random song that comes on and does not fit. Oh well great service.

Its freeeeee! What else do you need? I love that it does an amazing job at keeping the same music styles and genre when you enter a specific artist. Its a great way to find new Artists and Bands you never knew about! Only bummer is you get a few ads in between, but you could always pay and go premium. Me? Ill stick with freeeeeee! Bring on the ads :D

Free music in the genre that I like. It's really great, there are a few ads here and there... but nothing like the radio. You can pay between 30-40 bucks a year to remove the few ads, but im ok with one - two ads every few hours.

I love how much music I have discovered because of Pandora. I have probablly bought around 30 albums because I heard them on it. It's a great website, however it seems like the advertisements have been coming in more frequently. It is free, though their is an option to get rid of the advertisements by upgrading your account. I recommend it to anyone looking to try to find new music they might like.

I use it a few times a week. The basic plan is ok for me, the ads dont bother me too much. The only thing is that If I make a station for an artist or a band why do they insert others into that. It makes no sense.

I only use the free service, some stations are better than others. Not too thrilled when it shuts down for no reason. I wish you could limit it to only the artist. Some they stick you with are not to my liking. But, hey my title says it all.

I enjoy using Pandora. I just wish that I did not have to build a profile that includes my email address. They have commercials like any other broadcast radio station so there is no real reason to provide a profile and an email address.

I love Pandora but use it very little because.

1. They have english and Spanish music... but no arabic music at all! I'm all 3 and would like to enjoy music from all 3 sides.

2. Commerciala suck but. It's a problem you can fix with money. It's just one less bill I'd like to not have. Can't have it all though :p this is understandable.

Takes long to open/load and long to close. But that could also be my internet.:/

Sorry to focus on the negative. I'm still giving 4 stars for the English and Spanish muaic variety And again. Can't complain much on free music right? :)
