Since 2013 i've start to make jewelry i know this site but I don't know how to buy from it because the items is so many. But after I start to sell the supplies only I feel heaven to buy from Pandahall, thank you very much for supporting my small business.

I've been ordering from Panda Hall for over 10 years and as a small business owner, I appreciate their reasonable prices! They offer a LARGE selection and there is always something new. I am always surprised at how quickly my orders are shipped to me in the US - quicker than most US suppliers.

I ordered some things off pandahall but forgot to add some things to my order, so I contacted customer service and Amanda was quick to reply and added the things I was wanted, she also helped me with multiple questions and was always replying under a day or so! Very good customer service

Terrible product, very poorly made and all bent when received. Customer service suggested that to remedy this, I order the product again and pay extra so that it won't be bent when it gets to the USA!

I have been making jewelry for several years and Have always purchased beads on line. I recently didcovered Panda Hall and Panda Whole. I mostly order from Panda Hall as I am a small seller. My orders have come quickly and they are always accurate to the letter. I am very pleased with their customer service as well.

I have been ordering for years at Pandahall. The best thing you can do to get your order quickly is order items that are marked with a 3d delivery, that will bring your order in a week to your doorstep.

I just spent over $400 at Pandahall.com and I just received a bill for shipping and handling from fedex. Even though I was charged for shipping and handling threw Pandahall, they still billed me shipping!? I am super upset. I emailed them and they are closed for the week. I hope they a can fix this problem so I can update the review.
