I have ordered a few times from Panda Hall, I love everything, even better than expected. Sometimes the freight can be a little pricey, but I take that into consideration with what I am purchasing. Some people have complained that it takes too long, I live in Michigan in the USA, It is coming from China, So you got to allow time, I have been pleased with how quickly I receive my products. If you pay attention to your cart, it says if they can ship right away or how many days. I would not hesitate to order from them.

I was looking at the picture of the item as l ordered it. They are telling me that l ordered something else and are just giving me the run around. There are many reputable companies out there to deal with this is not one of them.

Well, my daughter loved the beads that I got from them last week from Pandahall.com. I am not an expert, but I'm sure on this one I did great, because my 14 year old was very happy to see them. She likes this jewellery and I just thought to get her some like as casual Christmas shopping. I hadnt bought anything from them before but my daughter had and so I thought to get her something from there itself. The variety of designs out there was overwhelming and well the truth is I struggled to make a choice. But eventually, Im happy with the purchase and the quick delivery.

They offer items for sale and let you pay for things they don't have to sell. They hold your money for months and then when they refund you, it's to a cash account on their website. You have to jump through lots of hoops to actually get a refund. They tell you they shipped your items when they have not and send fake tracking numbers repeatedly, then blame Fedex, DHL, USPS and UPS for the confusion. They out and out lie about what is going on with orders and when you do get your order, it is often not the item you bought. Then they make you pay to return it which is expensive, so they know you won't. It's a racket that depends on first time buyers, not repeats.

This company is just horrible if you have a problem with your order. I had broken wing charms (I ordered four bags of 200pieces) all of the loops were breaking off when I went to use them on a split ring. I sent photos showing them the poor quality of their product. I had to email them over and over again and they were actually RUDE about it. First old me they would do NOTHING then said 30% off then said 40% off and finally after literally begging them to refund or replace their horrible quality product they agreed to refund the amount. I feel like I had to BEG to get them to rectify this matter. I even offered to send the charms back but they kept offering me a reduced price and suggesting that I sell them in my business! I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just the worst customer service I have EVER received.

And I had to surf the Internet for a long time in search of good and inexpensive accessories for my crafts. And just recently on the network I came across this store! And to my surprise, the beads and accessories for my hobby turned out to be of good quality!
Yes, you need to pay for shipping separately, but it's worth it!
I definitely recommend this store for cooperation!

I have been using Panda Hall for a few months now to source findings for the jewellery I make. I have been extremely happy with the quality of the products and the prices and also the delivery time. Whenever I have had a query a helpful response has come back from their customer service team within a very reasonable time. I will continue to use Panda Hall and would recommend them to others.

I am pleasantly surprised with this site and the high level of customer service I received, while placing my order online. This website is easy to maneuver around and has a lot of options in terms of product availability. My order came right on time and the quality of the items I purchased were just exactly as shown online. Sometimes when ordering products online, especially for the first time, you can never be sure what youre going to get, but with Pandahall there was no surprises. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future

I'm used to mangano calcite beads being uv reactive. These were not. In photo, mangano calcite beads at left were mine from another vendor. The ones on the right are the ones from PanadaHall, and only glow as white would under black light. They should be dark coral.
I contacted customer service and shared my concerns. They basically gave me the runaround, asking for proof, which I provided, and then asked again. They just insisted that they are pink mangano calcite beads. It IS possible that they are calcite, but of such low quality that they don't glow. Either way, they weren't a good product, they didn't refund my money and didn't care.

I wanted some jewellery chains to complete my jewellery set for a special function and I was looking for a rich look jewellery. Such a great selection! I never thought I will be able to find jewellery chains like those. But I was. Panda hall chains... They were actually amazing. And I got them as soon as possible according to my need so that I have to thank their service though I am abroad. I got them without any harm as they were well packed. Anyone can be assuring of the quality of their products because they always launch a customer oriented fast service. Thanks Panda hall!

Very pleased with my beads! My kids and I love making jewellery together, so we were looking for some affordable beads that wouldnt chip or break. These are really colourful, and the intricacy of the design is much better than I expected! We were also pleasantly surprised by how many beads were included in our package we were able to make several necklaces from our purchase, each one different from the others. I would absolutely recommend buying these theyre a steal for the price.

When I asked other jewelry beads they all told me... I went in pandhall a few months back after I had been laid off from my job. Needless to say, I was looking to sell some of my jewelry in order to make end meet. Definitely a family-like experience. As a jewelry maker with 36 years old I can say pandahall is a good place to go. Their service is exemplary and I konw because I bought beads many times on a wholesale level. Hope get more coupon.
