I had ordered a dress from site middle of March and did not receive dress til second week of May! I needed dress for a wedding. Repeatedly emailed them and was told it would be shipped next day every week. After multiple emails and asking for refund and cancellation of order, company refused refund! Never going to order from this website again! Worse customer service. I have ordered from other sites and usually they are over by a few day or a week. Would recommend ordering from another place or ordering 2 months or more in advance!

This was my first time ordering from this site. I ordered my suit back in the beginning of March 19th it is now April 19th! It has been a month and still haven't received it. I have contacted the company via email and they keep promising it will be sent. Worst customer services!
My orders have not been shipped for more than a month. Multiple emails went to robot and got a standard reply. Asked for discount, got no response. They don't care about the customer. They withdrew the money immediately but haven't been delivering the orders. They are scams. Stay away from them. One of my blouse stitching was also horrible, I had to alter it. Poor professionalism.
I had 21 days to prepare for a traditional Indian Wedding. My orders arrived on time, they were beautiful and the sizing was perfect. I received regular updates regarding my shipment. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

Please add my apartment number in the address. The delivery person thankfully called me but it would have really challenging to get the parcel if I were not available to pick up the call for some reason.

Please be very careful while paying upfront. I ordered a kurta set on the first week of July and it was supposed to be shipped within 15 days of receiving the order but it's not first week of September and they have not yet shipped. Their customers call number is not working and I have been checking with them on mails and there also they have been given so many dates but they have missed all of them. Recently they have stopped replying as well. I don't have much hope to get my money back neither the item. Horrible experience.
I recently purchased a saree and salwar kameez, Both are beautiful and look exactly like the image shown on site. Excellent customer service and products reached on delivered time. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will order more soon.
Prices are reasonable. Panash's service is fast and good now. They improve their delivery service, last time it was bit late.
Ordered size 40 but received size 44. It is too large. Initial price was $37 and now I see the receipt with $47. If you do not have the size let the customer know and cancel the order instead of charging more bucks and sending the wrong size.

I have purchased four ethnic salwar kameez from your site. Three of them were outstanding and Beautiful. But the fourth one did' t work out well, the issue was probably measurements. So I have to use a local tailor to fit that outfit. Otherwise, all the three products fit me well and I got so many compliments. I would suggest you to take extra care in the measurements section and you are good to go.

I had ordered 2 outfits for my little one & 2 outfits for myself from Panash India for a wedding function. The quality of fabric used and the look were absolutely stunning of each and every outfit. To add in, I was very happy as they were prompt on replying and sent my orders as per my request. It was a fabulous experience to shop with Panash India even for my toddler as she was so comfortable with her traditional attire that she wore it without any hassle in the entire function. Shipment arrived on time. Product is of OK quality, some dirt on the hem, seams are not matched up with pattern, seams are also not straight/fabric is puckered. I ordered custom sizing & it is still appx 2inches too large in the chest, so some adjustments will still have to be made. Pattern matches photos & is cute!. Also was charged significant customs fees (over 40% of the purchase price) by FedEx which seems steep, so something to calculate into your decision to purchase.

I've ordered from Panash twice now. Each time, the desired item had an expected ship date that I reviewed before placing the order. Each time, the order did not ship WELL PAST the posted ship date and there was zero communication about when the item would ship nor was the tracking on the website updated. If you are hoping to receive something in a timely manner, this site is not for you. Chances are that you will have to contact Customer Service to get your order shipped.
