I recently purchased anarkali dress through online shop. Although the process to purchase the outfit was very easy, the quality of their product is very poor. I had it customized to my size but it did not fit well. Product doesn't mention excessive glitter in the description nor it looked like it had glittery appearance in the pictures online. I was covered in glitter while I tried on the dress and glitter was all over everything. Very disappointed that they are not willing to accept returns for a store credit. I do not want my money back. Just would like to purchase a dress that doesn't have too much loose glitter. Or something I can wear occasionally. I will not be purchasing from them in the future and consider this purchase as my loss.

Extremely Disappointed – Low Quality and Terrible Customer Service.
I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful necklace, but what i received was far from my expectations. Not only did the necklace arrive damaged, but the quality was shockingly subpar.

This wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it felt like a complete scam. I expected so much more from a company claiming to sell quality jewelry. It's hard to describe how disheartening it is to open a package, filled with excitement, only to find a damaged item that looks like it should be in a bargain bin.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my entire experience. I had hoped to find a reliable online jewelry store, but instead, I was met with shoddy merchandise and appalling customer service. I will be sharing this experience with others and will not be purchasing from these scamers again. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I'm attending my first traditional Indian Wedding this summer and was looking for somewhere to purchase clothing so I could fully participate in all the planned activities. I found Panash and thought the site was SO helpful in guiding me to dozens of beautiful options that were, appropriate, available to ship within my timeframe, and within my budget. The items were received as promised and the quality was beyond my expectations. Can't wait to wear them!

I am returning customer because the quality of the first lehenga purchased was top notch. The quality and custom fit were perfect! I have since purchased another lehenga and two outfit for my sons. The customer service team has been outstanding and always responsive. We are overjoyed and cannot wait to wear all of our garments! I bought 2 sarees with petticoat and custom measurement blouses. Panash did complimentary fall pico. The blouses are very well stitched with good quality padding.

The only detail that I missed is - it said- the blouses neck- as given in picture. I assumed that it meant the blouse design as given in picture

They are very good with communication on WhatsApp and delivering the order on time! The quality of the blouse material for sarees could be improved!

I ordered a blue cotton dress from their website, costing around 1500/-. It was delivered in 10 days with courier charges paid by me.
The dress was shoddily stitched, not as per measurement and size given in the size chart on website. The most disgusting part was, it was pre altered by someone. They had sent me an old or pre ordered dress which was pre altered by somebody.
On complaining to helpline I got response by email, their return policy was me sending dress back to them bearing additional courier charges and the amount being credited to my account for further purchase in future. With this experience how can I be sure that I will get good piece next time. Complete waste of money. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Just received my suit and to my surprise, it fits perfectly! In the past, with other companies, I have always had to get suits altered slightly but this one is exactly correct. I'm very pleased and it even looks better in person than online!

Gifted my wife an Indian lehenga on our 25th anniversary. She loves Indian outfits but does not find many places to shop from. Glad I could show her this site. I was worried because the delivery got postponed but happy that it came before her big day. The best thing I loved was she could wear it on our anniversary without any altering issues and all.

Bought an item on 7 Nov 2023. Needed it by 27 Nov. Panash team kept saying everyday that shipping will be done in 2-3 days, but no action was taken. Finally cancelled my order on 21 Nov. Thereafter they said the refund will be reflected in my account in 4-5 Days. Now it's 4 Dec and I still haven't received a refund. I am never buying from this website again.
