Purchased this pure silk saree 1715sr11 from them - got the blouse custom tailored. It's exactly what I wanted. I'm glad with the purchase and the timely delivery. Bought a saree and necklace set form your site. They look similar like in the picture shown. Must say you have a good collection in Indian wear. My outfit was perfectly stitched as per my measurement sent. Very good quality of the material and timely delivered. Looking forward to more such beautiful options in the future.

Unfortunately, although I took and conveyed very careful measurements, the sari blouse on one sari does not fit at all, and the other is not great. While the work on the saris themselves is lovely, I can't understand why the blouses are so poor. A previous sari and blouse was a great fit.

Easy to order, came in on time, quick to respond and correct any issues. I wish there was a way to comment and customize my order instead of picking from just standard options. Otherwise reliable service

The lehenga looks really good online but not as good in person. I also paid more for custom stitching and it was not done properly. The return policy is very short and they do not offer guarantee of fit with custom stitching. I ordered something else, but the shipping time is taking much longer than they said it would and customer service is not responsive.

Horrible. Really really horrible. Noone even bothers to attend the phone calls. Charging and pricing is in USD but the standards are too worse. My order was made 2.5 months ago and I clearly mentioned I have event. And they don't bother. It's very painful to deal with these people. Noone is there to hear you even
We purchased some clothes for a wedding ceremony on 14 Oct, and till date there is no news of the product. No feedback or calls from Panash. I don't know how they function, better to stay away from such purchases
I was told by two reps that size 36 sleeve length was 25 inches. The actual product received - sleeve length was 24 inches. That 1 inch makes a difference on the look.
I'm not happy that after confirmation on the measurement, I still received short sleeve length.

Great customer service before I ordered item.
Customer care in phone ordering was terrific--lots of courteous attention to detail. Orders arrived very quickly. This is my first time wearing kurtas so I'm adjusting to the very light cloth and the fit. I'm not sure what people think of someone who's obviously not South Asian wearing the attire.
Not good deal for ordering outside of India as it will cost ~60% more cost than your purchasing cost. That is for canada custom duties and DHL courier unnecessary extra charges to you.
Before ordering outside of india, add extra ~60% cost to billing price which is kind of hidden and not known until packet is delivered when u have no option than paying.
I purchased several items from Pashindia web site. Many are beautiful. However a few are of poor quality for price. One is unwearable as it is twisted at the bottom. I sent pictures and a complaint to the management, needless to say no respond as yet. Makes me rethink doing business with this Company with so many are available online. Sorry. Need better customer service!

I have been purchasing from Panash India for over 8 years now and I have never been disappointed. The quality and the price of their outfits is outstanding. They have always been able to customize my cloths so they fit me perfectly because I am tall for an indian lady at 5'-7 " with broad shoulders. The suit color is different than what it looked like on the site. Also the cloth is not of very high Quality. Overall not a good experience. Will not be buying from PanashIndia again
