I have order a dress to be shipped to Canada on October 1st and they said it will be shipped in 2 weeks. After continued conversations with customer care number, they said it will be shipped in 2-3 days on October 17th. It never shipped. On 20th October, they inform me that the dress can't be shipped because it didn't passed there stringent quality checks. It's redoculous. They didn't reply right away even after consynat follow up,they cancel the order. I have a function in India on 28th and i got everything ready to go with the dress and now they cancelled the order for no reason. I must say they don't have the product in Stock. They just ruin the function i have in India. Very unprofessional nd not responsible at all. No customer services. Business number is not for call. They don't answer the phone. Very disappointed with the experience..

Those of the garments I ordered and received are handsome, but I've been waiting quite a while for the last. I'm not sure how all three garments were not shipped at the same time.

I am giving this suit 4 stars because its color is lighter than the image. However, product quality is very good. The work is very neat and expensive looking as well. A great dress at this price.
Placed order 4 months back. Received the falty product. Panash support team ask me to return at my own and assure me that they will refund later in my account. I stuggle by going to the courrier office and return their package. But still i didn't get my refund. There is nothing in my hand now, nor that faulty product, neither my money 5k.
I followed up many times but now none is picking my phone and not responding on the mails.

I would give no stars if I could. I had ordered a salwar kameez and paid extra for customised measurements. When you add shipping and duty, it quickly adds up to an expensive affair. This would be worth it if the received shipment was actually tailored to your size (which is wasn't)!
My experience with this website/company has been nothing short of plain awful. Although delivery was quick, the product was not stitched to the customised measurements I gave. After a couple of ignored emails to customer care, I was given a generic answer saying that the tailors use their best judgement to not spoil the design. I cannot agree with this since the design would not have been affected to adjust the waist, bust and length according to my specific body measurements. If anything, I believe I should have been consulted before generic measurements were used.
I have since sent other emails which are still being ignored. I have tried calling them twice and apparently my number was noted down since all agents were busy. It's been two days and no returned call. I am definitely not shopping here again and would not recommend this team to anyone.
UPDATE: After receiving a generic response telling me to be patient and that someone would reply to me, it's been three business days with no response. This reply was also copy-pasted to other reviewers with a negative experience. Appalling business! I usually don't bother with reviews but this particular experience and being completely ignored made me angry enough to warn other potential customers.

Without a doubt THE worst customer service I have ever had.
Order was placed May 30 for two items. June 17, after hearing nothing since ordering, I email and am told that one of the items isn't up to standard, and so another item has to be selected. A new item is selected on June 20, but it is not sent until July 1.
Much to my frustration, only the new item is sent, and not the other original item ordered. After a very slow communication process with emails and Whatsapp messages ignored for days, the other item is finally sent on July 11. The item ordered May 30, that didn't have quality issues wasn't sent until July 11. It then took another week of trying to contact Panash for the refund owed for the difference in items to be processed.
The lack of communication and overall disaster of an ordering process was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Order was placed May 30, and the order wasn't received fully until July 15. I will never deal with them again, no service, no professionalism or concern for customer's needs.
I got my wedding lehenga from panashindia. I placed my order on 20th January for my wedding outfit and I am so happy they made it a rush order and delivered on 10th Feb just in time for my wedding on the 14th. They did charge me a rush order fee of $15, but that's okay as long as they delivered as committed.

Answer: Not certain even it will shipped you. Forget your payment. And choose your old apps viz amazon, flipkart, myntra etc
