Without a doubt THE worst customer service I have ever had.

Order was placed May 30 for two items. June 17, after hearing nothing since ordering, I email and am told that one of the items isn't up to standard, and so another item has to be selected. A new item is selected on June 20, but it is not sent until July 1.
Much to my frustration, only the new item is sent, and not the other original item ordered. After a very slow communication process with emails and Whatsapp messages ignored for days, the other item is finally sent on July 11. The item ordered May 30, that didn't have quality issues wasn't sent until July 11. It then took another week of trying to contact Panash for the refund owed for the difference in items to be processed.

The lack of communication and overall disaster of an ordering process was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Order was placed May 30, and the order wasn't received fully until July 15. I will never deal with them again, no service, no professionalism or concern for customer's needs.

My bridal lengha from Panash was so beautiful! Very unique and exquisitely made. Everyone was amazed at how gorgeous it looked. I did a custom fitting order. The blouse didn't fit exactly and we did have to alter it some once it arrived. They don't include cup size in the measurements, which I think they should to get a better fit. But all in all it was definitely worth the price! I will definitely order from Panash again

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered for my event more than a month ahead of time, when I ordered it said that it would take 15 days to ship, which would have been more than enough time. It was getting close to the event and I still did not have my outfit. I emailed MULTIPLE times to cancel the order and request a refund as I had to find a new outfit since the Panash outfit would not have gotten to me in time. It has been about a month since my event and I STILL have not gotten this resolved as customer service continues to ignore my many requests for communication. I did end up receiving my order, five days after my event. My order is still in the box as I do not need it and still hope to return it since I requested multiple times that the order be cancelled before it shipped.

TLDR; Customer service is terrible, do not order unless your event is three months out as you probably will not receive your order in time, and you will not get ANY help from customer service. Disgusted that I wasted my money.

I am traveling to Bangladesh to work with the Rohingya refugees. I do not recommend buying from Panash India due to the slow delivery. I emailed the company before I ordered because I was traveling out of the country. They responded, saying it would be shipped on May 15th. It is now June 7th and still no delivery. I have emailed them multiple times, received some replies, but not all to my inquiries. I am leaving next Tuesday and still no clothing. I ordered some of the same outfits from Saree Palace and received the delivery within 3 weeks.

I ordered a dress from Panash. It was written that it will be delivered in 15 days. It did not deliver even in a month. No response from the team on the follow up. Took my money and gave me nothing. Don't ever go to Panash and buy anything as it will result in the disappointment.

I did not even want to give it a 1* but would not let me post review. This one the worst companies that I have dealt with, ordered the good on 4th April and still not arrived, been constantly been contacting them by email, watsup and phone but no joy. Keep getting message that your parcel will be shipped next 3-5 days. Today got email saying your parcel is ready packed to ship out, what bad customer service. The worst thing is the function I needed it for has passed. I would be very careful to use this company.

I am not sure what happened to this company but it's going under. Numerous people have paid and never received an item. I never had this problem in years past but recently this happened to me. Scammers most likely took over after Covid. Since they refuse to give product after it has been paid for, they should be shut down permanently.

My order was delivered on time. The customer service helped me with question related to measurements. Love your stuff Panash India.

The quality of suit is very very poor. The parcel came without duppata.
Wait i received is completely opposite what i showed on website. There was hidden charges paid 50 dollars extra.

I ordered a lengha with a ship eta of 20 days. After waiting 30 days, I contacted customer service and they said it's behind and they're expediting the order, will definitely ship in 2-3 days. After a week, I contacted again and got automated responses each time with a ticket number and no information. A month later, I got an email saying my item didn't "pass their quality inspection" and they refunded my order. Not worth the time or money ordering from this site!

Really disappointed with the Panash policies also the customer service, they dont even bother to reply you!

Waste of my money!

We purchased some clothes for a wedding ceremony on 14 Oct, and till date there is no news of the product. No feedback or calls from Panash. I don't know how they function, better to stay away from such purchases

I was under a time constraint and needed clothes shipped out ASAP due to a wedding. Based on my previous experience, I trusted Panaash to deliver like they had before. I ordered 3 pieces of clothing - the measurement and ask I had for each piece were not met for any of the clothes. I had to take all the clothes to a tailor and the changes cost me an additional $250+ on top of the $700+ I had paid for the order. When I contacted Panaash first, they asked me to send pictures. They assured me they would provide me store credit for 2 pieces of clothing. I got pictures from the tailor, there is no store balance on my account, and I have emailed them over 6 times so far in a span of 2 weeks with no reply. I texted the Whatsapp number they provided on the website, but have received no reply from them. I will not buy from them again, and I would recommend customers to not buy from them either. This is extremely unprofessional, and not replying to a customer after they provided proof of alterations from a third source is unacceptable.

I had ordered 2 outfits for my little one & 2 outfits for myself from Panash India for a wedding function. The quality of fabric used and the look were absolutely stunning of each and every outfit. To add in, I was very happy as they were prompt on replying and sent my orders as per my request. It was a fabulous experience to shop with Panash India even for my toddler as she was so comfortable with her traditional attire that she wore it without any hassle in the entire function. Thank you for you amazing customer service and beautiful outfits once again #PanashIndia - Love

Okay...
So... I was the one to write a badass review on Panash India.com regarding their trustworthiness and they being entirely fraud and scam. But! Just received my shipment today and I'm satisfied with the product here. It just got delivered five days late and not on- time as the estimated delivery date was predicted to be on 15th of October, 2021.
Anyways, I will say that their customer service and shipping service is not really that up to the mark. So, I will think twice- thrice now before making any purchase with them, but they can somehow be trusted, they are not fraud based on my experience.
So you can go ahead with them, folks!

Rated 3 stars because of Shipping and Customer services and not for their products!
