Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered for my event more than a month ahead of time, when I ordered it said that it would take 15 days to ship, which would have been more than enough time. It was getting close to the event and I still did not have my outfit. I emailed MULTIPLE times to cancel the order and request a refund as I had to find a new outfit since the Panash outfit would not have gotten to me in time. It has been about a month since my event and I STILL have not gotten this resolved as customer service continues to ignore my many requests for communication. I did end up receiving my order, five days after my event. My order is still in the box as I do not need it and still hope to return it since I requested multiple times that the order be cancelled before it shipped.

TLDR; Customer service is terrible, do not order unless your event is three months out as you probably will not receive your order in time, and you will not get ANY help from customer service. Disgusted that I wasted my money.
