I saw this pink anarkali first time on the facebook page. It was the prettiest thing I have evr seen so it was imperative for me to buy it. 10 days later I had this beauty at my home. Can't believe the quality of the dress and how it looked exactly like shown in the picture. Great purchase.
I ordered a sherwani and a lehenga from your site with a custom stitching. Both have come as shown in the picture and the quality is also good. I had issues with the measurements and your customer care team helped me promptly to resolved this. The items were delivered at the promised time. Now for ethnic shopping, I will always order from panashindia.
I ordered the blue printed cotton dress from Panash and must I say I've been more than satisfied! The print and color are exactly the same and quality of fabric is also pretty good. It's been a good purchase for me.
I am from algeria and i was surprised by my order and its quality... I was very afraid that I would not like it or that I received a different one from the picture on the site... but it was like the picture - even in the smallest detail... and it was like in the size that i put it.

I will never buy anything from Panash site. They are falsely advertising their ship date, sizes and materials. It has been more than 2 months and my stuff still didn't get shipped. Return policy is horrible here also, you have to pay for return shipping cost to India. Most of the time it will cost you more than the actual materials. In my case I used that clothes to wipe my floor in sate of shipped it back to them in India.
I have ordered a black and off white anarkali suit. The one thing I like about the the dress is colour and its heavy design. Really this site has only designer wear at very reasonable price. Very happy with the services and satisfied with dress fabric.

I had ordered a ready to wear saree with blouse. Fit was perfect. Delivery was delayed by a day. Customer service was great for the most part.
Bought a saree and anarkali for my wife and She loved it. You have a good collection of ethnic styles. The tailoring and quality of the outfits are good. But I am not fully satisfied with your customer service. Improve that a little bit and you are good to go.
I've ordered from Panash twice now. Each time, the desired item had an expected ship date that I reviewed before placing the order. Each time, the order did not ship WELL PAST the posted ship date and there was zero communication about when the item would ship nor was the tracking on the website updated. If you are hoping to receive something in a timely manner, this site is not for you. Chances are that you will have to contact Customer Service to get your order shipped.

I ordered 4 kurtis and all turned out to be very well embroidered and stitched. Totally as in the picture. Please start selling different bottoms like salwars leggings and patiyalas also. Would love to order from you guys soon again :) A Delightful experience..
So I have been in correspondence with Panash's whatsapp representative Sneha who never ever replies...(besides nobody answering calls/emails)... my clothes have finally arrived after a month and the salwar pants are totally different from what was shown in the image. On trying to contact her, she still doesnt seem to be bothered to reply.
Overall, stitching was good. Panash needs to improve way more on Customer service and quality of order.
Nobody answers the phone line, whatsapp messages or online chat. I have to wait forever to get a reply to my email. Its my best friends wedding on 3rd March and I placed an order on 5th Feb which is not even ready yet. I am so worried if I will even get my outfits before the wedding. I do not recommend Panash to anyone.
Purchased 3 Indowestern dresses in cotton. I love the quality of the outfits delivered. Got them in a box which ensured they didn't get crush. It's a trust worthy site for sure. Looking forward to order a few Salwars now! Will keep you posted. PN******* is my order id
Panash India made my this year's rakhi celebration the best. I ordered two Anarkali suits for my sister as her rakhi present just 10 days before the festival and I requested them to make the delivery so that I can surprise her with the suits. Panash India customer support helped me through it and I received the items one day before rakhi. My sister loved the outfits and all the credit goes to this amazing platform. I ordered my product and was expecting it within 10 days. I had to wear it on the 15th day.
They first did not sent the order on the expected date. I tried contacting these guys and they said they will update me on the status and since then I have been following up and they have not given me any update. Very poor customer service and now I even doubt how the product would be. I want to cancel the order and they are not giving me the information to cancel and all my money around $108 is wasted I will definitely have to take a legal action if they do not respond now.
I got my order PN******* yesterday and I am very pleased with your service. The Salwar Kameez fits perfectly and i love that you have such a good tailoring team. My tips for other shoppers:
1. Standard stitching is good and you don't need to pay extra for custom (unless you need latkans)
2. They have limited time sale in some designs which also have New styles. Check that section on homepage.
I keep visiting them very 2-3 days. Hopefully they will keep up the good work!
