They charged me shipping while advertising free shipping. Did not send outfits custom stitched. Customer service is poor. They don't answer calls and emails are auto generated. I needed the outfits for a wedding and will need to shop somewhere else. They also refused to refund and asked me to ship.back at my own expense. They say they have not received the package. Do not buy anything on this site. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I complained to PayPal and got refunded. It was way too much work dealing with Panash and their non existent support. Avoid the hassle. Let your friends know. Do not support this merchant.

Great experience! I can't believe how easy it was and how I could have a dress tailored to my form and height.

Customer care in phone ordering was terrific--lots of courteous attention to detail. Orders arrived very quickly. This is my first time wearing kurtas so I'm adjusting to the very light cloth and the fit. I'm not sure what people think of someone who's obviously not South Asian wearing the attire.

Order placement and deliver was easy. If you change your mind, they don't offer your money back without a fee only store credit.

Very bad experience with panaash.
Haven't received my order till now from past 25 days when even item delivery needed was only 15 days.

I ordered kurta 1 month ago for the event. I started contacting them after 2 weeks since no update on the order. They kept saying we will be delivering and you will definitely receive your order. Here 4 days before the event I received email saying your order will be cancelled due to order did not pass stringent quality check. I don't recommend this people who doesn't care about customers and their plans. After 1 month they cancelled the order. Day before the event I am trying to figure out where do I get the kurta from. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place even if they offer Free.

Placed order 4 months back. Received the falty product. Panash support team ask me to return at my own and assure me that they will refund later in my account. I stuggle by going to the courrier office and return their package. But still i didn't get my refund. There is nothing in my hand now, nor that faulty product, neither my money 5k.
I followed up many times but now none is picking my phone and not responding on the mails.
Please enke jal me mat fasna ab koi.

Easy shipping, quick delivery. Lovely but a bit large, will have to fix, can not wait to wear it

I will never buy anything from Panash site. They are falsely advertising their ship date, sizes and materials. It has been more than 2 months and my stuff still didn't get shipped. Return policy is horrible here also, you have to pay for return shipping cost to India. Most of the time it will cost you more than the actual materials. In my case I used that clothes to wipe my floor in sate of shipped it back to them in India.

I was planning on buying a lot from this website, based on how pretty many of the outfits were! But then, I first came across the reviews, and I realized, it was a scam! Many people commented on how they didn't get the right shipping times, didn't get refunds, and didn't even get the right outfit type for what they ordered. This made me realize that I didn't want to be scammed as well. I wanted to read the positive reviews, but most of them sounded too professional to be real reviews, so I guess I'll be shopping from somewhere else.
