Sales and Support staff are very unprofessional and unethical... Find a better service provided rather than choosing pakchamp.com The after-sales assistance and support services are very Bad, though its a tech industry related company but they are living in stone age for payment recognition, they do not acknowledge complaint nor assist if any ticket raised related to services, i made payment for renewal in advance even than they de activated by website and they have not responded to my follow-ups and communications for days not to activate the site. I am just sharing my experience and if you need to know more you may drop a message on **************

Terrible experience! Don't even think of paying them, or you will beg for service. They don't pick up calls, bother not to respond to WhatsApp, and worse off, they don't provide the service they paid for 6 weeks ago. They are a bunch of non-technical people. Choose them if you have plenty of time to waste and much patience!

Awesome Service, fast Support, and the are so good! I will be a 100%, Regular Customer. One thing I wish is that they make something like where you can upgrade your server internet connection without upgrading CPU / Ram. Of by paying more but who knows: Maybe this feature comes sometimes
