The paint is super thick, i'm not sure if this is normal. Since I had reached out to customer service before I received my order, and no one ever got back to me, I didn't see the point in trying again. Additionally, the thinner I purchased leaked in transit and I lost a fair amount. Again, I did not reach out to customer service for the same reason I previously stated.
I kept on tracking the delivery and every day the message was how many hundreds of orders are ahead of mine to even be picked up.
For an online business, warehousing must be organized to have a very expedite picking process, which I found not efficient in this case.
Everything is great except the color and missing an item from the order. Filled out form. Reached out to customer service with pictures and was sent to fill out form. No response. Should have a way to add pictures so customer service can see the issue.
The paint is helpful, but doesn't match. We're assuming that might be due to the age of the car though. But their shipping was good and I would assume it would match other cars of the color. It's much bluer then the car is and not as dark.
The paint pen worked as it should, however for my particular project, it didn't work as well as I hoped. I will be purchasing additional paint for this particular project and using the paint pens for other project applications.

This is not paint scratch fault! This is the second time I have purchased the wrong color based on what it looks like versus what the car manufacturer calls the color code. Totally my fault! Because paint scratch website warns you of this multiple times. So I guess now my kids pinewood derby car is going to be a Ford Ranger color!
I received my order, and it was an exact match for my Accura and Honda. The application was very easy. Apply the paint. Let it dry. Apply a second coat if needed to fill the touch-up area. Use compound to smooth it out cautiously. Cover with a clear coat, and the paint matches your paint once dry.
Perfect match. Had to repaint my bumper due to a large rock chip. After sanding and priming I was worried it would not match when I started the base coat. There was nothing to worry about, it was an EXACT match. Looks professional.
I did receive my paint but waiting on my son to help me with the project. Will get back to you when it's finished. Should be the last week in April.

The touch up paint matched better than the actual Toyota touch up paint did. It came as a pen, which I prefer versus a brush. This is the 3rd time I've bought touch up paint for a vehicle and I've never been disappointed.

Even though they cost more than 2x as much than the Dupli color exact match (spray can) you won't be disappointed. At least i wasn't. Believe me folks it was worth it. Dupli color was close as far as exact match, but PaintScratch was right on the money.

Collin accidentally dropped a pair of skis on his new car and they left a deep paint scratch on the hood. After trying a number of autobody shops, Collin was dismayed by the extremely high prices they were quoting to touch up the scratch. And that was just the shops that actually could track down the color - several said they were unable to match the formula for his paint. Collin thought that there just had to be a better solution out there.
Earlier in Collin's entrepreneurial career, he had spent time buying, repairing, and selling used cars in the Bay Area of California. He developed a great relationship with a local paint shop there, San Leandro Color, and relied on their expertise to formulate and mix paint for him.
Fast forward to the skis being dropped on his new car and no good options to fix the scratch, and Collin had an idea: let people buy inexpensive touch up paint kits online, mixed with the exact paint to match their vehicle. Collin reconnected with his friends at San Leandro Color, worked out the details, and the first orders were shipped in April 2000!
