I ordered this paint several years ago and the color was spot on. Ford "Silver Blue" 1966 paint code Y. The paint mixture I got this time is too dark.

The paint pens don't work after the first use. The pray cans do not spray even. Very spotty. Waste of money, for what they charge I expect something that works!

Search by paint code got me where I needed to go
The original items were lost in the mail, no thanks to USPS ripping the package open, so after emailing customer service they promptly send out a replacement of all items and received in less than a week. Great company and outstanding customer service. Thank you. Highly recommended.
Great selection of colors that are easy to look up. I actually use PaintScratch for color accurate cosplay and movie prop building in addition to auto touch up. Great service at reasonable price.
The touch-up paint does not match. Am currently working with PaintScratch to solve this issue. They have been very responsive.
Hard to get the right amount of paint on the application tip. Got messy and gummy.

Collin accidentally dropped a pair of skis on his new car and they left a deep paint scratch on the hood. After trying a number of autobody shops, Collin was dismayed by the extremely high prices they were quoting to touch up the scratch. And that was just the shops that actually could track down the color - several said they were unable to match the formula for his paint. Collin thought that there just had to be a better solution out there.
Earlier in Collin's entrepreneurial career, he had spent time buying, repairing, and selling used cars in the Bay Area of California. He developed a great relationship with a local paint shop there, San Leandro Color, and relied on their expertise to formulate and mix paint for him.
Fast forward to the skis being dropped on his new car and no good options to fix the scratch, and Collin had an idea: let people buy inexpensive touch up paint kits online, mixed with the exact paint to match their vehicle. Collin reconnected with his friends at San Leandro Color, worked out the details, and the first orders were shipped in April 2000!
