The product has been fine, but there was little to no feedback on the shipping of the item. It finally just showed up a week or more after placing the online order.
It's just an online order to a website. It was delivered in a timely manner. As far as the way the 3 pens worked, there was no guidance or information in the way of instruction on how to use them. I'll just say I wouldn't do it again.
Sorry it took so long to write this review. The weather here in TN is finally cooperating and I was able to washbthe truck and use the touch up paint. The pens are a perfect match to my truck. I cleaned up the few scratches I had and touched up the paint. I put 2 coats on and finished it off with the clearcut. Looks beautiful again from a few feet away. Thank you.
Fast shipping, I expected it to come in like a month but came in less than two weeks. Haven't tried the paint match yet but based on the bottle it looks pretty spot on
I did not receive an email and I also checked my junk folder. There was no phone number to call customer service
Ordered a 1oz container of Audi Phantom Black Pearl that has a metal flake. I was minorly concerned about the match, but ordered because its better to have unmatched paint than unprotected body panels. After the test card it matched extremely close that most won't even notice the slight variation.
The company appears overly concerned about delivery, performance so many questions I forgot them almost harassing. Did the pen perform well, not really, the paint didn't set well and during application would drip. Would I buy again? Likely not, I think there is better options. Bought from one company but shipped from another didn't care for that either.
Paint is exactly how I hoped it be. Provided said paint code for my motorcycle gas tank, came in a timely manner, and met all expectations.

The paint color is too dark, I just used it to touch up spots that weren't as noticeable like the bottom side of my gas tank on my harley. The color is sinister blue pearl. I did not contact paint scratch because i dont want to wait for another bottle, but since I'm getting a bunch of emails about leaving a review, here it is.
Everything worked perfectly. The color matched as close as it should to a 29-year-old Harley paint job. I'm very happy with the end product.
I have used PaintScratch before and had a rewarding experience. Unfortunately, my latest order arrived when I was out of State and just been given to me yesterday. I have not yet used the items but I am sure will not get lesser experience.

You sent me tough up paint that is a very poor color match. A local body shop was able to match my color perfectly, so I know it can be done.
I havent used the touch up yet, but am glad i have the option if needed, since my manufacturer does not make touch up paint. (My dealer recommended PaintScratch to me)
I needed a very specific shade of ivory for my 1987 Rolls Royce Corniche and the paint I received is so perfect, it's almost impossible to tell what was touched-up.

Collin accidentally dropped a pair of skis on his new car and they left a deep paint scratch on the hood. After trying a number of autobody shops, Collin was dismayed by the extremely high prices they were quoting to touch up the scratch. And that was just the shops that actually could track down the color - several said they were unable to match the formula for his paint. Collin thought that there just had to be a better solution out there.
Earlier in Collin's entrepreneurial career, he had spent time buying, repairing, and selling used cars in the Bay Area of California. He developed a great relationship with a local paint shop there, San Leandro Color, and relied on their expertise to formulate and mix paint for him.
Fast forward to the skis being dropped on his new car and no good options to fix the scratch, and Collin had an idea: let people buy inexpensive touch up paint kits online, mixed with the exact paint to match their vehicle. Collin reconnected with his friends at San Leandro Color, worked out the details, and the first orders were shipped in April 2000!
