Complete incompetence- produced wrong work product after multiple emails and phone calls on my part to make sure you got it right. You need to fire the sales rep Elizabeth Hatch that worked with me. I even wrote on the final drawing that I scanned and sent that the pedestal base should have 'square' rather than 'rounded' corners. You sent 'rounded' corners. Your insulting solution was to offer a $40 credit. Seriously? The columns don't match the design of my house and you won't respond or send revised material to correct - but after numerous emails you offer a $40 credit on a $700+ order? Shame on you! I'm trying to escalate via multiple channels including my credit card company, social media and the better business bureau. You guys should just close up and go home. Shame on you. Will never order from you again and I'll do all I can to see that others don't endure the pain I suffered. Any other company would step up and admit they made a mistake. You guys don't even offer to send revised work product. A $40 credit is insulting. Please respond

Everything was perfect, very nice customer service when I placed the order. It arrived on time and also I was notify couple of days before it arrive. Everything was great! I definitely recommend it.
The Columns arrived very quickly and far exceeded our expectations. They are very well made and the white finish is perfect. It looks like they have been powder coated so the finish should last for ever. I would highly recommend these columns. I have yet to install them so that is another story. If I run into problems they have a help line.

The Columns arrived as indicated. The Fed-Ex Truck Driver had a pallet jack and could have assisted or made it easier to unload the columns. Yes, I know the instructions said I would need to unload. But, it was a Fed=Ex driver with a pallet jack and they deliver products all the time after unloading.
He was in a bit of a hurry but I said we needed to inspect the product. I had him note some damage on hi delivery sheet. I followed with Pacific Columns by e-mail that we had some damage. We have not erected the columns as of this e-mail and will do so very soon. At that time we will see if we can repair the damages.

I was playing phone and email tag with my sales rep. There were a few deals and sales that passed due to this and when I asked for them, he said it was too late but it wasn't my fault.
The issue was FedEx Shipping who couldn't seem to make the delivery without hassle. Pacific Columns is great.
Should have packaged adhesives with the columns.
Very helpful. Wish I knew about you last year because I took a hit on custom columns that did not fit and were not returnable. But, thankfully I found you and ordered the replacement columns from you. Your staff was very helpful.
