Looks easy to install
When scheduling a delivery time I was contacted by FedEx and given a day and a window of time my delivery was to be dropped off with no other information. I called Pacific Columns when I still did not receive the delivery an hour after my drop off window. I had to contact costumer support because I did not receive tracking information via email from Pacific Columns until several DAYS after the columns arrived so I had no way of contacting the carrier with a tracking number. When I called customer service they could not find any tracking information for me either. I did finally receive a phone call with my tracking information after my columns were delivered. Overall I am happy with the product however, I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism and organization on behalf of the company and will not use them for future products.
I found Pacific Columns to offer a wide choice of moldings, frame choices, columns, and decorative lines all in one place! I appreciated watching the video to see the workings of the production lines, shipping, and possible customization. Variety was the key for me placing my order!

Good! We have a history of ordering craftsman style columns for porches we build for our customers. Pacific Columns has reference of our ordering history so it makes it easy to ask for them again with no problems. It ships in 5 to 10 days, and we have received them in a weeks time 99% of the time.
