Ordering was great. Product arrived without a pallet. Drive said it broke when he tried to move it for another delivery. I noted this on his BOL. Packaging was beat up pretty bad, but I did not see any visible damage. Will not be installing the columns for a couple of months.

Columns are great bases and capitals are a little chintzy.
The woman who took my order was so helpful and knowledgable she made the whole process easy. Compared with trying to deal with the "big box" store, this order was a breeze! The column I ordered arrived quickly and was the correct one. My one complaint...the shipping cost was outrageous as I was told my location is remote. I would have liked the option to pick the column up in Tacoma or another larger population center near me to save cost but was told that wasn't possible. Overall a great experience though, thank you!

Arrived reasonably on time and product was as described.
Expensive product to ship, but the product and the service were golden! Have not installed the fiberglass replacement for the wood columns that were deteriorating, but they will surely be an improvement! Customer service was excellent
