I talked to pacific columns to make sure I was ordering the right size and style. It was quick, delivery time was relatively fast and the columns are beautiful. Will definitely use Pacific again.

I ended up incurring $325 in storage charges because the shipping department failed to respond to multiple request by the service rep for the increase in delivery charges for an upgrade to inhouse delivery. This resulted in a delay in delivery while I found a crew to unload my purchase.

Columns were exactly what we asked

I had hoped that I would receive a discount where there was a scrape rather than to hear to cover it with touch up paint since it is at eye level
The columns change the look in our backyard and we have received compliments for them.
I did not call and may have if the installer did not come up with a solution for installing the top and bottom caps. I will call with his suggestion and solution.

Wish the turn around time on "custom" columns were quicker. 6-8 weeks was just too long for what I needed.

I have not installed the column covers yet, but the customer service throughout the purchase experience was excellent.

Could not be delivered within the time advertised. Could not commit on a date. One of 2 orders was double the production time we were told. We should have been advised there was a problem earlier.

Ryan helped me find the parts I needed and replied in a timely and professional manner.

Everything was shipped and they worked with us. there was a few blemishes on the columns we had to arrange them so that they could not be seen but overall I love them
