They had what I needed. I wish they were able to deliver product using box trucks instead of semi-trucks. Makes it difficult for non-commercial customers to purchase.

I was very satisfied was the quality of the product I ordered. Ordering was easy.

Delivery took longer than expected, two damaged columns were received and processing was a bit slow as well as replacement delivery

Too many errors in this order and damages on a previous order.

Quality product and great follow up and assistance from customer service

Excellent all around. The lady was very knowledgeable about the products and prompt with email quotes. Can't say anything bad. Delivery was on time too. Packaged well on a pallet and wrapped with clear wrap.

The parts I ordered came undamaged, went together easily, and look great. My only issue is in this day and age why it takes 3 weeks to get a stock item order. I live in Washington and my stuff shipped from Oregon via UPS. That's only a two day delivery time.

I was disappointed that my 4 x 4 inch columns were really only 3 1/4 x 3 1/4. That should be made clear in your literature. I would have tired to return them, but was under too much of a time constraint on my project.

The columns are beautiful and all arrived timely and with no broken parts. I will admit, I was a bit amazed - they are not packed very well for shipping.

All's well that ends well. We started off on the wrong foot (I was told one thing, then another, then something else) but they were very helpful in trying to makes things right. The columns I ordered are exactly what we wanted. Appear to be very good quality and craftsmanship.
