It was good. The salesman was eager to sell and very helpful
The Fed X truck driver was not able to unload the columns we had to use our workers to unload the truck.
Smooth transition from initial questions to delivery.
Good sales was very helpful in getting what I needed and in a timely fashion thank you
There was some disconnect between the customer service department and the production wearhouse. It took too long to get answers on where my shipment was and why it had been delayed. They need to ha e direct access communication.
I am pleased with the posts, However, I tried contacting customer service about the delivery of the posts. I tried four times, one voice, two emails, and a phone call with no answer. I wanted to request to hold the shipping until my wife was out of the hospital. Unfortunately, this was not accomplished and after at least 5 attempts at getting hold of UPS, I had almost given up hope. One day before the shipment was due to be delivered, I finally got hold of a supervisor with UPS that was able to assist me.
It kind of frustrated me in the response from Pacific columns! Almost seems like once the order was placed, their job stopped.!
Delays in shipping columns from mfr. Not good communication from PCI regarding the order status.
Would have been better if the trim pieces of the cap and base came separate and full length due to on site modifications.
Experience was good. I was a little confused by an email saying it would be special delivered and I needed to go into the truck to get my package. It was finally sent by UPS so delivery was fine.
They never got back with me. I had to keep calling until I got someone.
This whole experience was unsatisfactory. First, I was given incorrect tracking on an order that was going to Rhode Island, rather than Portland, OR, my home. When the columns were finally delivered, the pallet was smashed on one side and one of the two columns ruined. The response to the damage issue was OK, and a new column ordered and eventually shipped but the delivery didn't come when it was scheduled, and I had taken off an entire Friday afternoon to received it. It did finally come on the following Monday. Not unhappy with the columns themselves, but the process was ridiculously drawn-out, especially given that the columns are actually made in Oregon, about five hours south of my house!
