Order went well, up until shipping time, there was a delay of a few days, only explanation was that the driver was an idiot. Delivery was made, not the end of the world but still I had higher expectations.

It's fine. But I'm annoyed that any purchase I make has to turn into a smothering of surveys, emails, offers to do more, ratings etc. I'm old school, just send me a catalog with prices and I'll order from It if you have what I want for the price I want. If your stuff is good ill order from you again. That's your measure of customer satisfaction. Stop making a normal company customer transaction into a TV show.
