The box was damaged when we received it but the column didn't show any signs of damage.
Have not received endure-stone bases yet
Order went well, up until shipping time, there was a delay of a few days, only explanation was that the driver was an idiot. Delivery was made, not the end of the world but still I had higher expectations.
I received the capitals which are in good condition and what I wanted. The Columns and Bases are yet to arrive as of Feb 9. Ralph Gatten
Wide selection & quick fulfillment. Only slight problem in that 3 of the 13 were the wrong item even though labeled like the others. They immediately sent replacements.
Order arrived 3 weeks later than communicated.
Poor responsiveness once order is placed/and money is collected.

It's fine. But I'm annoyed that any purchase I make has to turn into a smothering of surveys, emails, offers to do more, ratings etc. I'm old school, just send me a catalog with prices and I'll order from It if you have what I want for the price I want. If your stuff is good ill order from you again. That's your measure of customer satisfaction. Stop making a normal company customer transaction into a TV show. It took months and several requests to finally get a catalog. I finally received it and now I'm looking into what I might want to purchase.
