We were told we'd get the order by the 5th March, but didn't get it until the 10th March.
We emailed and called and asked for a priority shipment to no avail. When the crossheads finally showed up, the quality of one the items was very very poor. Then primer coat was sloppy, the gluing of the end pieces was very uneven and will look too cruddy to use on the window which is at eye level.

My contractor finished his work, but the crossheads were so late, I would have to re-contract the job at my additional expense. But the poor quality of one of the crosshead means I have to find a new supplier who will provide a usable quality and will respond to my email and phone for a new set.

The truth here is that I was sent a catalog of your companies offerings. I just received it yesterday. I was contacted by email after I entered information on your web site requesting information. I am liking the product lines that are offered by your company, but as yet I do not have a concrete plan for my construction project. It would seem that my responces to the questions above may not have all been appropriate, but then the questions and limited possible answers really did not apply to my circumstances.

Zachary Miller was great to work with. We first started looking at your products last fall and decided to wait a few months to order since we wouldn't be installing them over winter. Zach followed up from time to time and was very responsive to all of my questions and requests for samples, etc. I was nervous about placing an order for a product I hadn't seen, but the samples and customer service gave me much more confidence. We haven't installed our railing and columns yet, but after inspecting the materials upon delivery, I think we're going to be very happy with it!
