I ordered two 5 ft tapered columns. When factoring in the cost of materials, install labor, then having to paint and maintain custom built wood columns, it was a no-brainier to order factory mitered PVC panels. They look as good as any thing we could have built but were installed in a forth if the time. Also I never have worry about them warping or pealing! Great product!
They were very eager to answer my questions and make sure i got what i was looking for,very helpful.
The deliver was supposed to be last Friday, it is Thursday and I still do not have my order. I want to be reimbursed for the shipping at least. The holding costs for the project is $8,255 per month and the original order was placed subject to rapid delivery. I can buy the same columns at Home Depot or Lowes for a slightly higher price but your sales rep assured me that it would be shipped out right away. I am not satisfied with the service. The shipper said that they could not contact me to deliver the order.
Product was delivered LATE! And delivered DAMAGED!...We refused the order and was rerouted back to the warehouse. We'll see how long it takes to get my refund.

I did not receive the correct type of product
Great service and products.
Shipment arrived timely, but one package was damaged and it was noted with the courier. Shipping packing slip listed 13 packages but only 12 arrived. I still have not heard back from customer service.
This whole buying experience could not have been any more pleasant and easy. The product was first class and met the speifications of the job!
