I ignored the low reviews and used the service. $221.64 for a 2500 literature review - and the review was rubbish! Wrong format, grammatical errors. Literally couldn't be used. I tried to explain that as an English speaking student, I require an essay written in English. No go. I have opened a Paypal dispute to get my money back. Then I'm going to write a stupid review in less time than I started with. I have the file if anyone doubts me!

The quality is good, I rarely have any problems with the order, however, being a perfectionist I like modifying the final paper and adjusting it to my writing style. I usually ask my writer to provide a couple of drafts for me before the deadline, it gives me confidence that everything is going on as it should be.
Important: if you place more than one order with them, make sure you use one and the same email account. I once used my second email address and could not get my usual discount, was a bit disappointed about that.

I've ordered over a dozen essays with them and most of them were good. Most of the problems were stemming from improper communication with the writer. So guys - when you order a paper from them, make sure you explain your directions and provide as much informaiton as possible. You can easily detect whether your writer is good or you need to change him/her by the way s/he responds or asks questions. I understand there are different people working there, so I'm always working with those writers who have shown best results. Another good tip is - if you are not sure who to work with, go through testimonials. I'm definitely going to use this service.

The writer was one of the best I've worked with! Relevant questions were asked, my instructions, directives and queries were meticulously to the extent possible addressed. A rating of 10 would have been more appropriate except that some editorial glitches that were repeatedly identified by me were still occurring. In my next ORDER, I'll concentrate on improvements based on these comments and if the writer addresses them, I'll be more than willing to GIVE the writer a TEN. The services were also generally very good except that one request to offer me a-twenty-percent discount on my next order was never REALLY addressed. I'm hopeful that this request will be given consideration SOON and look forward to making my NEXT ORDER as soon as the 20% is AVAILABLE.
