I ordered uggs for a Christmas gift in early December and it is January 15th now and I still have not received them. I have sent numerous emails and I get a response but they make excuses on why it isn't here yet. I have asked for a refund many times with failed attempts. I don't know what to do at this point but I would never order from here. Read all the reviews, everyone is having the same experience. I wish I had done that first

As an avid gardener, this tool has become indispensable in my garden. It's well-constructed and makes tending to my plants much easier. The handle is comfortable to hold, reducing strain during extended use. It's sturdy enough to handle tough soil without bending or breaking.

Placed an order for Uggs on Dec 1. Called in the middle of the month to ask about order. Was told they were backed up. Ok. Started tracking the order on the 20th. Wasn't even sent to FedEx yet. Sent an email for refund and suddenly the package was on the move…FROM HONG KONG! Just got them today, THA DAY AFTER XMAS! Thanks a lot! I had to order a second pair from StockX to make sure I got them in time for Xmas. YOU GUYS SUCK!
Btw, the pair I ordered from OVERHALFSALE came with StockX stickers inside. You REALLY SUCK! Hopefully they're real Uggs so I can resell them and get some money back.

I purchased a gift for my daughter for the holiday on Dec 7th and its the 19th and FedEx has notified me that this company hasn't even sent it to them to be shipped? I have reached out to them no response? I wil not buy from this company again! Buyer Beware!

Ordered shoes 12/2/2023 and still haven't received. My account has been charged. They won't return emails or calls.

I ordered 2 pairs of Uggs no tracking no Email to say they received the order, when I call them it's a voice mail no reply on email, just checked reviews nearly died, they are a scam

I bought a pair of shoes from Overhalfsale. When I finally received them I unfortunately discovered that they were fake. This website is a SCAM.

I am very disappointed in this company and even question their legal existence. I purchased 2 pairs of Airpods, which turned out to be fake. I tried to return them twice, only for them to be returned to me because the address does not exist.
I would not recommend them to anyone!

This small little company is full of lies and scams! They own a few sites just watch out for that St Charles IL addresses!

DO NOT order from this company! They say their Product is in stock. But the truth was it was in stock in CHINA of which they do not tell you that. They charge my credit card and approximately 3 months later it showed up.

IT did not look as advertised and I think it would be impossible to send it back. I should have read the previous reviews before ordering. That will not happen again.

I ordered items and they came in sized (XXL) per my order, but I could not get the pants past my foot and I did not even try to put on the shirt, just holding it up, it might have fit a 6 year old.
I had to eat the return shipping and they claim they are going to charge me a 15% restocking fee, for an error on sizing, that is BS!
But regardless of of all that, I still have not received my refund and the email responses are very generic BS!
I do not like writing negative feedback, but when one gets no feedback at all, aside from generic BS, what is one too do!
My intent like everyone's is to use what I ordered, but for an error on there or the manufacturers part and they do not try and resolve the issue ASAP, I am now very concerned this is just another one of those fly by night companies, ripping people off.
" You did this to yourself, don't blame me for this bad feedback, you earned every dam word" (well the good part here is, you RIGHTFULLY earned something, you certainly did not earn my money on the items I purchased, returned and you still have ALL THE MONIES I PAID, THE PRODUCTS AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME.

I wish I had looked up reviews before I purchased from this site. It took a long time to get my order, but I eventually did. I bout a hose that busted within 2 seconds. When I contacted customer service, I had to pitch a fit for a refund, which they said at first that they would only refund me 1/2 of what I paid, or I could pay to send it back for a full refund. I might be able to understand that If I had changed my mind, but the item was junk/defective. The customer service agent finally said that they would provide me with a full refund. They only refunded me half anyways. Not surprised though. STAY AWAY!

They are scammers! They took my money and have never sent the face mask and sanitizer I ordered. The were clever enough to blend in a search I checked for during the early pandemic times. I went to their direct site after I purchased and saw the reviews and were shocked. I ordered through my PayPal and was hopeful that maybe that offered me some security -- NOT. They didn't help me. To prey on innocent people... I will keep posting to tell people to STAY AWAY unless you want to flush money down the toilet.
