I wish I had looked up reviews before I purchased from this site. It took a long time to get my order, but I eventually did. I bout a hose that busted within 2 seconds. When I contacted customer service, I had to pitch a fit for a refund, which they said at first that they would only refund me 1/2 of what I paid, or I could pay to send it back for a full refund. I might be able to understand that If I had changed my mind, but the item was junk/defective. The customer service agent finally said that they would provide me with a full refund. They only refunded me half anyways. Not surprised though. STAY AWAY!

Bought a pair of ugg slippers. 100 percent FAKE! Impossible to get any assistance on the phone. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE!

They are scammers! They took my money and have never sent the face mask and sanitizer I ordered. The were clever enough to blend in a search I checked for during the early pandemic times. I went to their direct site after I purchased and saw the reviews and were shocked. I ordered through my PayPal and was hopeful that maybe that offered me some security -- NOT. They didn't help me. To prey on innocent people... I will keep posting to tell people to STAY AWAY unless you want to flush money down the toilet.

Ordered a pair of sneakers on July 4th, order was received. Check tracking, says order is pending in Tennessee. It's been in Tennessee for 2 months. Contact is really bad, always a voicemail and they away from desk. It's a scam! Please do not order from this site.

I received a refund for the gloves I ordered that did not work on my iPad! I'm am now satisfied with the outcome! Company DID stand by its merchandise, thank you!

I am very disappointed in this company and even question their legal existence. I purchased 2 pairs of Airpods, which turned out to be fake. I tried to return them twice, only for them to be returned to me because the address does not exist.
I would not recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT order from this company! They say their Product is in stock. But the truth was it was in stock in CHINA of which they do not tell you that. They charge my credit card and approximately 3 months later it showed up.

IT did not look as advertised and I think it would be impossible to send it back. I should have read the previous reviews before ordering. That will not happen again.

I bought a pair of shoes from Overhalfsale. When I finally received them I unfortunately discovered that they were fake. This website is a SCAM.

Would have given -5 if I could have. Ordered product, they sent shipping info, never received anything. Tried tracking the shipment. No such number exists. Said it was coming from Malaysia. That was 6 weeks ago. They won't refund money. Do not order from here.

I sent numerous to them. No response other than they received my email and would look in to it.

This site sucks, no tracking #, dont tell you everything you buy is from China, 2 months later no product and no info. Cant get money refunded even though they have not sent me what I paid for, BUY FROM A DIFFERENT WEBSITE.

I ordered something from them. Never received product in reasonable amount of time. Requested refund and Never received the funds either. I exchanged numerous emails and they claimed the refund was given. I monitored my account and have proof money was NEVER refunded! This place scammed me and they Will scam you.

This site is a fraud. Ordered over a month and a half ago & still have nothing. I tried to cancel my order they then said it shipped & gave me tracking numbers that were NO GOOD. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY

I ordered Hand Sanitizer from this company it took awhile to get it but it came there was suppose to be 3 but only 2 they sent me a gift card but it was not there fault it was the post office where I live because it said since may11 been delivered came two weeks later opened 1 bottle missing and the stuff leaked out of one bottle the tracking number I gave my post office that I had they still told me it was delivered that day it came the way I said with a different traicking number I called the company they were helpful I would order from them again

Took my money but never sent my product. Claimed it was the shipping companies fault Route, but they did nothing for me either. Both companies can not be trusted. Total frauds!

I placed an order on April 4th, 2020 and still haven't received any of the items, even though the order supposedly shipped the end of April. Emails to Customer Service go unanswered and today when I called the Customer Service Line at *******699 it's not accepting calls and recommends you send an email.

Ordered shoes 12/2/2023 and still haven't received. My account has been charged. They won't return emails or calls.

I never got a response to any of my emails. My package was delivered to a box in Nebraska... I live in Massachusetts. I'm disputing the credit card charge. What a waste of time.

Bought Nike shoes, was very happy. Free shipping and delivery took 10 days, but I liked the 45% off. They are sending lots of good deals by emails, check their coupons.

Bought some hand sanitizer on April 6th, which should be shipped within 10 business days from the US. Received first item on May 22nd, bottles are all leaking. Send them pictures about it and complained about other ordered items which I never got. Refund notification from them on June 4th and until today I din't receive it. My advise: DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a coat weeks ago, never got any chipping info. Asked many times. Asked for a refund no reply. Asked again today, all of a sudden says shipped. Click to track - of course they don't give a tracking number, and instead it points to a page that says chinese packets. It is a blizzard out, I ordered a winter coat, weeks ago, I need it,. Now I am expected to wait to spring. Ironic their place in st charles in a VERY short drive. I plan to ask the st charles police accompany me there as I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This was the worse company I've ever dealt with Chinese owners lies, gave me a wrong tracking number x2 for days I keep asking where pkg waited on that. Still, didn't get pkg. Ask for a refund several times, received numerous messages from a tina? That it had been sent checked in and it's on its way. She finally sent a different track number, checked it was still in Nanning, China, (the entire transaction) I never did get it. Thank God I charged it on my Paypal account. I put in a dispute and it took 3 weeks for them to give me a refund. Forever. I ordered the 2 small 50ml/and a 200ml instant Hand sanitizer
