This was the worse company I've ever dealt with Chinese owners lies, gave me a wrong tracking number x2 for days I keep asking where pkg waited on that. Still, didn't get pkg. Ask for a refund several times, received numerous messages from a tina? That it had been sent checked in and it's on its way. She finally sent a different track number, checked it was still in Nanning, China, (the entire transaction) I never did get it. Thank God I charged it on my Paypal account. I put in a dispute and it took 3 weeks for them to give me a refund. Forever. I ordered the 2 small 50ml/and a 200ml instant Hand sanitizer

I purchased several bottles of sanitizer and bleach wipes. When I placed the order it said the items were in stock. It has been 2 months now and I keep getting the runaround and now they aren't even responding to my emails. A few weeks ago I got emails saying the items shipped and then an email saying they were delivered. I never got the items and when I looked at the tracking info it showed delivery to another state. I asked them what was going on and they said the tracking emails were errors and were someone else's, but that I should get my items any day. Weeks later still nothing and they won't respond.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They are scammers.

I ordered Hand Sanitizer from this company it took awhile to get it but it came there was suppose to be 3 but only 2 they sent me a gift card but it was not there fault it was the post office where I live because it said since may11 been delivered came two weeks later opened 1 bottle missing and the stuff leaked out of one bottle the tracking number I gave my post office that I had they still told me it was delivered that day it came the way I said with a different traicking number I called the company they were helpful I would order from them again

If I could rate them less than one star I would. This company is a total lying fraud. The represent themselves as a US company but it's ALL CHINESE. Their web says products are in stock and ready to ship but then you have to wait 20-30 days for it to ship from China. Their email updates are total lies if you can even get an answer from them. Considering them doing this in the COVID-19 pandemic they should be Federally prosecuted. Save your money and your time.

Ordered a coat weeks ago, never got any chipping info. Asked many times. Asked for a refund no reply. Asked again today, all of a sudden says shipped. Click to track - of course they don't give a tracking number, and instead it points to a page that says chinese packets. It is a blizzard out, I ordered a winter coat, weeks ago, I need it,. Now I am expected to wait to spring. Ironic their place in st charles in a VERY short drive. I plan to ask the st charles police accompany me there as I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

On July 4th 2019 I ordered quantity 3 solar-powered mosquito zappers. Some 8 days later when I had not received shipping info, -I contacted their CS dept to inquire. 2 days later I was sent a curt reply that it takes 8 days for the carrier to update. 2 days later I was sent a tracking number that the carrier did not recognize. On or about July 18th a package was received containing a single item. Again I contacted the CS dept and 3 days later was provided another tracking number. I assembled the one item that I had received and charged it for 36 hours. Over the following week I tried in vain to get it to operate. I also observed that their had been a mistake in assembly since the light and grid are supposed to face up-whereas mine faced downward. On 28th July a second package was received, - presumed to contain the missing items. I have not opened that package. I requested a return authorization and completed their return form - I have heard nothing. They advised me that, since the 30 day window for refunds had closed, I could not get a refund. Besides being very inefficient, supplying defective product with inadequate quality control,- their math capabilities are non existent.

There is no return request form to fill out to return an item even though customer service insists there is one. No return request form=no return. There is also no phone number to reach the company. The jacket ordered and received is beautiful. But there was no indication it would be coming from China over a month after it was ordered. The size ordered was a medium. It is a SMALL at best. China sizing. Again,. No indication it was coming from China. Deceptive. Anyone want to buy a beautiful $92.00 coat?
