Could not register the day bevor due to not getting through on the phone; as a result of which I had to sign up on the day of the departure which is very diifficult due to the location o the actual sign-up to the departure gate

I was able to get my issue resolved in no time by a human being not a computer that lacks communication. The phone was interrupted but the operator called me back and my issue was resolved even while we were disconnected. That's customer service. Thanks a million times.
