Ovago saved me about $150 on my international flight over other sites. But my confirmation email took nearly 24 hours to arrive, and that was a little concerning. Opened the app and everything worked out once I received it. Just be patient!

I was reluctant to book through Ovago initially but their had the cheapest of all flight prices. The booking was easy and I had the bus e-ticket within hours. Customer service was courteous when I had a question about baggage policy. Will definitely use them again!

My international flight booking was a smooth process, and the agents were very professional and polite. The only complaint I have is that when I had to change my flight dates due to unforeseen circumstances, the cost was quite high. I had to change my flight 3 times, and it ended up costing me over $750 added on to my already purchased fare. My ticket was one way only, and ended up a very expensive flight. I would also like to mention that in the past, airlines always allowed travelers two checked suitcases free for International flights. Now we only get one free bag, and extra bags cost a lot of money. My three extra bags cost me nearly $300 each! Plus paying $30 to get a window seat was unheard of back in the past! Seats in Coach seem to be smaller and shorter than ever, and there is hardly any leg room. I suffer from Claustrophobia, and plane trips are more like a nightmare than a pleasure to travel on long haul flights!
Cost cutting by airlines is being carried too far, right down to the small snack packets of tasteless pretzels instead of nuts, and low quality meals. I hope some executives from Airlines read this, because I am dreading my upcoming flight from East coast US to Australia! I don`t like canned sardines, and I don`t like being treated like one in a plane!

Ovago has been the absolute WORST booking experience of my life. Don't make my rookie international flight mistake. DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a flight from Houston to Cusco back in April. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change the flight location from Houston to Dallas, which is where I live. I also needed to change the date on the return flight. Not only did it take "24 hours" hours for them to get back to you for every request, they would send you the most asinine option (only 1 option, never multiple to choose from) to change to (think like a 12 hour layover in Atlanta) and then ask you to pay $1,100 for the change (to change the airport) or $550 (for the date change). I was on the phone with them everyday for almost a week and literally nothing was solved. I still have the original flight that I booked but from my understanding, even though I haven't left yet, if your flight is cancelled or rebooked or you miss a connection you are absolutely SOL since you are not technically a customer of the airline, you've a customer of the third party (who doesn't really care if you get on the flight or not). I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times, I asked for a refund because it honestly is just going to be easier to rebook the entire flight (apparently that's not an option but when I looked for Ovago's airline policy, it's no where to be found?). SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH OVAGO. Also pray for me that I get to Peru and back :)

I called Ovago customer service to inquire about retrieving my boarding pass. The operator immediately answered the phone, was extremely helpful and courteous. He stayed on the phone for over 15 minutes walking me through the process ensuring all my questions and concerns were addressed. He made the process very simple and stress free.
