I've been looking for a good site that I can pay for (that way I know the people are serious about finding a real relationship) and get the most out of. Ourtime is definitely a good bet, and another one id recommend is PrimeTimeLove.com. These sites give great value for money and have a lot of people inside them that want real companionship towards retirement or beyond. We're not naïve at this age, we all have experience and it's about finding somewhere we can share those experiences with people who are looking for something true and meaningful. That's my opinion anyway. And ourtime is just about right, not a bad site at all.

Our time it is the worst website to invest money in, you better give those money to any charity. It is useless, has a wrong design (if you try to see the profile of the person who sent you a message, a pump-up choice "send a message or send flirt" will block your view. It's annoying. No customer service numbers provided, so they can extend your memberships without having a chance to cancel it.
BBB should do something about this flawed business.

They are nothing but a pack of crooks who screw their customers out of their money and steal from them. They are too famous and well-known to care about their reputation. They simply take your money by banning you mid-way through your membership. They have done it to me and my friends. A new trend in the scam book. As for the "service" they provide, well they just recycle old inactive profiles. Bots send you messages from these profiles who are no longer active on the site and probably they are not aware that the site is using their profiles. Scam, scam, scam!

Two or three times, my account password (which is saved by browser) has clearly been breached. All I ever get is the call center in the Philippines. Nothing against this country, but answers are all scripted. The last time I phoned I said I will not speak to anyone except a security professional based in the US (who knows if there are any!) Nothing. Refused to help me. So I phoned the office of Mark Schneider, VP of investor relations in New York's IAC office. They are the parent company of "Match group" which owns virtually every internet dating site in this country. Two calls, and I asked for a person to talk with in OURTIME security. So far no response. I established a membership with the "Our Time" Dating website by telephone, with the assistance of an "Our Time" employee on November 18,2020. That was the absolute last time that I was ever able to get an employee on the phone. Calling their toll free number always resulted in a hang up. I found on line customer support to be completely useless. I was not given any sort of an instructional assist as to how the website operates, in particular, the member communication choices. I was never able to communicate by phone with anyone, even after paying an extra fee for that option. I finally figured out one week before my membership expired that the "on line" texting option was the only way that I could reach other members. And even then it was questionable if my messages were ever received. They have a message verification option available for an extra cost.
The one and only member correspondence that I was able to establish turned out to be a scam.

This loser is 51, he is a multiple felon, who I had been with for quite a few months, before he even admitted he was a felon! Ladies do a search on this one! He hurt me in the same way he hurt his first wife! He currently has 3 Felony charges in 4 counties for Kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic assault, damage of my property! He and his mother are scammers and will take you for all you have! Chad is extremely jealous and dangerous! Email *******@gmail.com. Stay away with a 10 foot pole! Don't get hurt like I did he almost killed me!

Decided to sign up in January. New Year and all that. Six dates in six months. Nice men but ZERO chemistry. The site is over-run with scammers and spammers. They will contact you with the same story: they really liked your profile and photo, that you seem like a nice person, and then want you to send them your full name, cell phone number and email address. Also, way too many men with no photos in their profiles! Our Time will match you with people who haven't been on the site for MONTHS; may not even be active profiles. The photos on the portal for the site is all actors and models; these are not real people. Don't believe their slick marketing campaigns. They are there to take your money.

I couldn't be less impressed with customer service at OurTime. I just got off the phone with Julio, who refused to transfer me to someone who could better assist me, he refused to give me even the first initial of his last name, and he refused to tell me when I might expect to hear back from the company regarding my issue. He was unhelpful, sarcastic, and impatient. While I've tried numerous dating sites to check them out and to see which one might be best for me, OurTime is, hands down, the worst of them all. I wish I'd never signed up. What a regret.

Was on this site for three months and only got phished, lies and even a threat. Seriously? This is the worst dating site ever. Sending wrong sex matches, people with one picture up and no descriptions, people who put lies about their employment in their profiles, lies about whether they had children, lies about everything! Not only were the matches horrid, but some were actually threatening and quite scary. I hope this site gets shut down eventually. Come on seniors, get out there and mingle! Much easier to meet real people in person than to do so on this site.

My main issues with this site are related to the administration of the website. After several weeks, my profile picture is still not approved, even though I uploaded the same picture from both my phone and Facebook (where it's my profile pic!)
And if they were so strict that they thoroughly screened each profile picture that would at least be worth considering. However, one of the first matches on delivered to me ended up being a fake profile using a picture of a professional model. I was able to determine this in 5 minutes using Google Image search.
Save your money. This site is not professional or trustworthy with your money or your emotions. There are better alternatives out there.

Who the hell wants to drive 100 miles to maybe meet someone and then do it repeatedly in fact I won't drive more than 60 miles(1 hour) plus who wants to meet someone on the other side of the US or even in the next State. I sure as hell don't!
You're owned by Match.com why don't you do it the way they do? I'm cancelling my auto renew because of the mileage thing most of the women are in Tucson which is 103 miles away.

I purchased one month for they say a discount price, but its the same price they charge anyone. Then I checked my cc account, OutTime took another 4.99 for I don't know what. I called them about this and all they said is it was some service fee, though I never saw where they were going to charge me another five dollars. So really one month cost 30 not the so called discount rate of 22.95. Now the site itself is a joke. I'd say at least a 1/3 of the people have no picture and those were the ones mostly who hit me up. At least on other dating sites you can block those people. The filters are very limited on OurTime. Another thing is once you sign in the chat is automatically on so you always have to turn it off right away or you will be bombarded with messages. The fishing site is by far a better site and its free.

Well i can say i shelled out for a month. Nothing but bs. People from other side of the country constantly sending messages. I dont like the fact we arent able to narrow down our matches they send. Not really into 80 year olds at this time of my life. 48 and looking for a different website already. Just relocated and was truly hoping this was going to be a good site I guess I should have read the reviews before I paid for the membership. My guess is they get a lot of people that just pay for one month and never come back I will be one of those
