You pay your Membership fee and then they pull you in to SCAM you for even more Money. You can't contact other members unless you pay All Kinds of Fees. They Site is a Phony Scam and so are the Member Contacts. I had almost 100 contacts before I paid my membership fee for 3 months. After they got my MONEY I had only about 15 and NONE of them where from where I lived in my area. Then the 2 or 3 I tried to contact I Couldn't. Our Time said I needed to PAY ADDITIONAL FEES TO THEM to be able to talk and get Mail from the women I was interested in. Our Time Dating Is a SCAM RIPOFF PHONY DATING SITE PERIOD!
Absolutely the worst,no customer service, I canceled with no autobill and they billed me again. They somehow set up two profiles and billed me twice. I did not do that. Save your money and your time
The site is still horrible- but after some follow up emails I did get my refund. So if you have the same issue keep following up.
They added another pay level that let's you view who visited you, BFD, yet you can not converse with them. WTF I payed to see who viewed me, really?

I Needed to contact Ourtime to stop a payment being taken from my account. I could not get a reply to phone messages. No reply from emails. No response to they're contact form I sent to them.
I also tried to contact them when I saw the pending transaction to try and stop it. No luck.
The payment of £49.95 was taken from my bank account. I called my bank and they have put through a payment refund request

We were married a week and 2 days ago... i was fortunate to meet a very loving, romantic and giving man. I finally met my true soul mate.
I set up an account and had just paid one month to try it out.
There were a lot of matches. Takes some sorting through like anywhere, but I was pleased with the number in my area. Seemingly better than other apps on that.
One guy found out I am a private chef and has an event next week that he hasn't been able to get anyone for. We had taken a lot of time on site (safe) to discuss all the details and planned to meet on Saturday. Mind you, HE asked me. I was helping HIM. I did not solicit him. At the time, my work was not even listed on my profile.
Anyway, I was waiting to give him my number until I was he was real about it. The site deleted my account and said it was because I was soliciting and the site is for relationships. That's just weird. The guy asked what I did for work. I told him, he needed help with an event. So much wasted time.
I was having other conversations. A lot actually. I tend to respond to everyone The one that I thought was a good match had just asked if we could exchange numbers. I told him yes. But boom, everything is deleted. Wasted conversation time.
Apparently, they don't research before deleting accounts and shutting things down. To me, it's a pain to fill those profiles out and load pictures. I haven't been on a dating site for a long time because it takes so much time. Now, this one wastes it for you.
The best part… I had contacted customer service because I live in a small town and don't want that on my profile but couldn't find a way to remove it. A guy had said my town was small and everyone knows everyone and he could look that up. That felt creepy. I usually post the large town next to me on profiles for safety reasons. So I asked them how to do that. No response other than: you're soliciting and we have deleted your account. I can only assume they didn't even look at anything else with my account since they won't respond to messages. This is unhelpful and unprofessional customer service.
Also, not the best app, there are glitches. All the smilie faces turn to two? Lol
I had to re-input my profile information several times. Still didn't save. One guy was mad that I had kids when my profile said none
Need to get a clue by area applicant lives. My 2 matches today were an amputee and a 240 pounder. Seriously, not a match whatsover
