Product shown its available after booked and paid the amount they are saying its out of stock.
They do not deliver their promises they do not send on time.

Worst Customer Service, The one which ordered they dont have at last i need to buy 3 items in order to make up the money and 2 items i went to the office and collected since its getting too delayed for 3rd one paid 5kd additional and got after 2 weeks, Their customer service never answer calls rather if they want to convey we need to message in whatsapp then only will they will call back. 1/5-and 2 is for genuine product.

I'm calling our shopee hotline but no one answering. And already one week from the date of purchase and the item is not deliver yet... this our shopee online is really not recommended...

I purchase OnePlus Nord from Ourshopee, I received a used phone instead of new one, then I spend around 4 days to talk to a coustomer service exicutive. Nobody will pickup the call and answer

It was very easy when using your site or app, and I received a call from your company to confirm the order and I was amazed, now as per what they said is that I will be receiving the order within 24 hours! But I didn't receive it yet, plus I've been calling the same number since afternoon, however; No one answered. If you can please advice with this matter as I'm waiting for my order.
