I have ordered an item online on 30/09/2018 and next day i get call back from then and told the item not available. I have told them please refund the amount paid. Still i am calling them for the refund. Always getting answer that they have processed and they will me back for providing detail. I am not getting any call back also.
Very disappointed with the service. This is a worst experience.
Returned my purchased items September 7,2018 and until now November 10,2018. Still, their problem with me is still not solving. All follow up in WhatsApp and email I did already. But all was ignored., the DED authority of UAE called them already but this online is making only promises.

First time to ordered to them not only the slow and no means to track the delivery. They delivered a wrong item. Oh and their customer service are far more worst! Please don't buy to their website!

This is my first time and will be my last time to place an order via OurShopee.com.
I placed an order on 25 Aug 18 and I received a call from OurShopee within the same day to confirm the order and confirm the delivery time which they told me that the delay very will be by 3 working day and the charge 9 dirhams for processing the order. Which they should not charge the customers as they need long time to know if the products acutely there or not. And till date they don't know.! As I called them today which 5 days past and they still would like to know with the product availability! Helloo guysuf you don't know about the products availability why u do offers and you do confirm the shipment time this is excuse me " stupidly" and fooling the customers;(
I don't recommend this website for people like me which they would not like to be fooled and waiting for long to get the shipment.
My advise for OurShopee.com:
1. Do offers with available products or can get them immediately.
2. If your buyer and the other shops u dealing with will let you delaying customer shipment STOP dealing with them the market is toooooo big and there's many would like to do business.
3. If the issue with the management or the manager who dealing with the suppliers PLZ change or train him to do the job right.
4. Be updated with market competition as there's many websites doing same ur business but they way better with their services such as ( Souq.com, AWOK, etc and others you know very well.

I bought 6 products from this site in Oman. They kept saying tomorrow till date. Not yet got what I ordered. Don't pay online and you better check your orders once you get it.

I bought iphone 6 from ourshopee.com, it happens that the phone is so back. It goes off by itself and has issue with internet connection. I tried to reach the customer service but they really don't care about after sales. The customer service called me and told me they will get back to me thats all. I dont know when they will get back to me, if it is after 10 yrs. Bad company guys. Watch out

Headphone and usb charger is very very wrost local product. Not original.
Phone performance also waste.
Battery packup is wrost. Every 1 hour i put charge condition.
Phone diplay performance is local display. Not original iphone display.
