I'm very disappointed by the whole experience with this company. I placed my order in 28 Jan. They didn't inform me that they do not ship to my country until I emailed them after 2 weeks. Then they told me on 12 Feb that they will proceed to issue a refund. But I still haven't got my refund until now (27 Feb)! And I emailed them and also messaged them via fb several times to follow up, and no further response. I have no idea when can I receive my refund.
I purchased three cuffs and one necklace so far. And I'm telling you I'm in love with these cuffs like it's been over 6 months since I bought them and first they haven't change the beautiful gold colour and I wear them every single day I don't even remove them. I will say that these cuffs and the necklace were worth my money and I will continue to purchase their products.
I purchased 2 cuffs and am delighted with them! I initially bought one and inscribed my sons birthday on it and then I bought one for myself to celebrate me and being comfortable in my own skin. This jewelry is the "cutest lil reminders" for your wrists! I look down and smile often...
Waiting 4 months now, over 20 emails, and still no package... In the last email they sent me a phone number and said I should call it. Not my job to chase a package but I did and Fedex said it was destroyed and their request because they could not find my address... The address is correct.
I have purchased a few of the cuffs and have to say both the recipients and myself are over the moon with them - such a fabulous idea and the quality is great ( I wear mine all the time including in the shower!) all meticulously packaged ready to be gifted.

This is a beautiful stainless steal band that has the coordinates of where my daughter was born engraved on it! Took about 2 months to come but it was perfect when it got here! Love it.

I had my cuff made earlier this year. I lost my mum recently and wanted something she always said to me printed on it. When it came I cried. Tears of joy. It's perfect. The service and delivery was brilliant, especially since we were in lockdown at the time. I can't thank them enough and I'll be back for sure in the future.
I have ordered three cuffs (2 matching, 1 separate) and have been extremely please with the quality of the products, the speed of delivery, and most importantly, the customer service. When a mistake was noticed in the coordinates of one cuff (might have been my error - not sure), it was immediately replaced with no questions asked and no additional charge. Highly recommended!
My girlfriend loved them! I recently purchased from them as a 3 year anniversary gift for my girlfriend, the matching cuffs arrived even earlier than the website's predicted dates. Definitely recommend these, my girlfriend has yet to take hers off.

I have some serious concerns on the legitimacy of this company. When I contacted them to determine the status of my order, they said that they changed shippers and that I should be patient. I have since sent multiple emails without any type of response from them. Buyer Beware!
