Waiting 4 months now, over 20 emails, and still no package... In the last email they sent me a phone number and said I should call it. Not my job to chase a package but I did and Fedex said it was destroyed and their request because they could not find my address... The address is correct.

I have some serious concerns on the legitimacy of this company. When I contacted them to determine the status of my order, they said that they changed shippers and that I should be patient. I have since sent multiple emails without any type of response from them. Buyer Beware!
Ordered a product weeks ago. Did not arrive on time. When I enquired they just referred me to the delivery company. No apology, missed the anniversary. I would look elsewhere.

However, I do think it is a bit extreme that you’re posting about this situation again in December when you had ordered back in August. We already issued you a FULL refund in the amount of $24.18 via PayPal on September 13th at 11:19 am. Please check your PayPal. I am sure the situation was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
