I ordered 3 Coordinate cuffs, 3 leather Bracelets, 4 gift boxes, and paid for both priority VIP processing and express shipment 22 days ago. The entire order is close to $300 CAD/$250 USD.
Not only that the entire package has not arrived, missed both Birthday and Valentine's Day's, the Shop App tracking provides zero information still as of today. When I contacted them, the staff gave me some bogus auto answering machine responses such as "please be patient", or "the shipment is in fact in transit, but it takes time for the apps and delivery company to provide proper information." When I demanded for a partial refund for my priority processing and express shipment fees, they chose to just ignore my emails and the last time I heard from them was 5 days ago and the last response was that they will refund the $8 processing fee when I receive my order.
FYI, 1) my order and payment was confirmed in late January and now we are a week away from March.
The only type of customer service that is "on time" are these text messages that I receive trying to upsell me on more items or other discounts.
FYI 2) before I placed the order, I reached out to the same staff who confirmed that my shipment should be able to arrive before Valentine's Day because I live in west coast Canada and the shipment is coming from the US in my case. Priority processing guarantees 1 to 2 day guarantee processing, and the express shipments I paid for guarantees an 8 day delivery period. Do the math guys, even if I only placed my order on the 30th or 31 January, I would have already got the entire package by now.
This is beyond ridiculous... not only that I don't know what the quality of the actual items are (which I'm fine with taking a leap of faith), but I don't even have anything to look at or hold on to, let alone giving these to my partner and daughter as gifts.
So guys, before you buy from them, think twice.
I'm still dealing with this nightmare right now and am prepared to file an official complaint to all the social media channel that they advertise on for false advertising and malpractice/deceptive customer services.
Refunding partially for what I paid for (VIP processing) but not delivered is not an apology or compensation... not to mention, the express shipping fee was still charged.
This is the type of bad e-commerce practice the online community must be made aware of.
I have not received anything still...
