Be careful the units last around 2 years. The warranty doesn't cover water damage. The units are not waterproof. Quoting from the team. Although the joins are PVC sealed this makes them splash resistant but not waterproof. Definitely not good. If you want a product to last around 2 years go for it. If you are looking for a quality product AVOID!
Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere. Warranty is worth nothing.
Ordered a product weeks ago. Did not arrive on time. When I enquired they just referred me to the delivery company. No apology, missed the anniversary. I would look elsewhere.

I am sincerely sorry that your products did not arrive in time for your anniversary. However, I do think it is a bit extreme that you’re posting about this situation again in December when you had ordered back in August. We already issued you a FULL refund in the amount of $24.18 via PayPal on September 13th at 11:19 am. Please check your PayPal. I am sure the situation was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Please keep in mind, we’re a small team and the pandemic is not making it any easier for us.
