I'm very disappointed by the whole experience with this company. I placed my order in 28 Jan. They didn't inform me that they do not ship to my country until I emailed them after 2 weeks. Then they told me on 12 Feb that they will proceed to issue a refund. But I still haven't got my refund until now (27 Feb)! And I emailed them and also messaged them via fb several times to follow up, and no further response. I have no idea when can I receive my refund.
