Online purchase
July 30, 2020

Paid $87.90 for two bras on APRIL 30,2020. Have not received purchase. After many attempts ie, phone number that doesn't work, emails to an auto response, offering a 30% discount for inconvenience. I responded just send my purchase. Nothing.

Scam artists
July 6, 2020

Ordered a bra from them. Took 2 months to arrive. Wrong colour wrong size. Poorly made terrible customer service almost non existent. Auto reply to my e mails that did not answer my request.No refund policy.Do not order anything from them.Bra will be going in the garbage bin

Ordered a Lucy Bra 17th April, now 01/07 and still not received. I have contacted customer services via email and after 3 emails eventually received a reply. I asked for confirmation of posting and shipping details so I could track the parcel but they ignored my request 4 times!. They offered me a refund of 30% for my inconvenience which I agreed to but never received (what a surprise). I have now requested a full refund via paypal. Stay well away from this company.

Originally order was received months after purchase. They did not fit according to the size chart. Requested exchange in May, now in August still have not received them! I tried calling the customer service number provided on the receipt and it has been disconnected! I have requested a refund of my $87.90 purchase and have had no response!

Please please do not use this company. I ordered two lacy bra's. One was tiny and the other one was massive. Where they got the sizes from I don't know. My problem started when I wanted to return them. I did get a response from my first email saying I was in a queue. And they would get back to me. They didn't. I must have sent ten emails all ignored. I have accepted they are not going to take them back. This company use lots of different names so beware. Why are they still allowed to operate They are only out to scam people. The authorities should investigate. And put a stop to it. Disgraceful

I ordered Flexdress pants.
They arrived, after some time, in size XL. They are too big. I would like a size M.
It's been 5 weeks of patiently mailing and enquiring how we can resolve this. Sadly, no resolution in site yet.

I don't know if I ordered the wrong size by accident, because there's no document to indicate what size I did order.
It's very disappointing. I have BAGS instead of pants now :(

Don't buy!

I ordered this bra April 17th and received it June 11th. Did not realize it came from China until too late. The bra is not at all what I expected, I am big busted and it gives no support at all. The straps and back are a thin slip like material. Just DON'T BUY!

This bra is definitely Not As Described' in their ad, which states that it is 85% cotton, and that it's very supportive. The product is more like 85% nylon, and the straps are so insubstantial that it gives no support whatsoever. It is poorly made, and this thin fabric loses its shape and elasticity quickly. Very disappointing.

Scam
July 3, 2020

I never received the product I ordered they claimed they tried to deliver it and they left it in a warehouse for me to pick up and I never picked it up so they sent it back none of that is true. They said that they would refund my money minus the reshipping fee which was almost half but I have yet to see any refund this site and Bran is a scam stay far away. I plan on filing a claim with the better Business bureau and possibly the attorney general.

Yet another crap product out of China, this bra is terrible quality and poorly made, no shape or support. Save your money as you are just throwing it away and stick to a website that you know and trust. This is the last time I will ever buy anything I see on Instagram- its rubbish.!

Lacy Bra - Don't Buy!

Made a purchase for the Lacy Bra through an ad on Pinterest. Ordered this at the of of April as Covid was fully in force. Followed up beginning of June and was told that they couldn't find my order and then the found it and it was being shipped. A few emails until the end of June assuring me product was shipped. They never sent me a shipping company or number. It was never shipped and now I am trying to dispute this claim. I had paid thru PayPal to a Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH which may be one of these Ponzi scheme companies. I hope PayPal can help recover the funds. These fraudulent companies sell enough product to have some reviews to establish themselves as legitimate companies. And then they don't ship product and delay until you are out of the window to dispute the claim. Only buy from reputable companies with storefronts and use a strong credit card company like AMEX or Visa in case you have issues.

I ordered the "LiquaSlim" it arrived quickly; I opened and was directed to to go to a special websught to download instructions on how to use product, I tried several times to only come up empty handed then I noticed that power plug was not usable for the states so I called customer service they told me to buy a power converter and had no solution for instructions. That did it for me, I told them I wanted to return product, i was instructed to call company I bought from, I sent several emails asking for refund only to be totally ignored... not acceptable service in my book. Now I will use my credit card service to get me my refund and let them answer to them.

I can't really give you a review on the product because I NEVER GOT IT! As I write this it's been over a month and not even a notice. I tried to call the customer service number and it disconnected after one ring. So no luck there. I sent them an email (God only knows if it will go anywhere but cyberspace.) and will be calling my bank to dispute the charges. I've worked in customer service for nearly 50 years and this is the worst situation I've ever run across! Definitely don't fall for the ads. They look gorgeous, but, according to the other reviews they are crap. The company for sure is CRAP. STAY AWAY!

I ordered the Lacy Bra 3 weeks ago, tried to call customer service, and as reported, the call hung up after one ring. I usually check reviews before I order, but made an impulse buy and now I am paying for that. I surmise that I may noitget the product at all or wont like it if I do. We shall see.

Shoddy business dealer must go to this company. I ordered from UK to America & it came from China!. The bra is flimsy lots of unstitched material with no support of any type. The company is using illegal practises of selling an item which is not fit for purpose. They need investigating!

Yes it's from China and the construction is unusual. However, I asked customer service, by email, to replace the too-small size, and they did. It took a long time, but it arrived. I am getting used to the construction and fit, and I actually like it. I have a slight build, so I can't speak to fit issues for larger women.

Worthless Bra

Before purchasing I called customer service to double check the size. They assured me I had the correct size for someone who wore a DDD cup. No way could I fit into that cup. Maybe if I was a C cup. I was offered the choice of a replacement, or 60% refund and keep the bra. The bra is poor quality. The straps were way too long with no way to adjust them. I was told they could not accept a return at this time. I went with the 60% refund (feeling scammed) and am tossing the bras in the trash.
