You don't get a Bra; it is just a joke! There is no support: It's missing a underband. The wings and straps are made just with open cutted egdes. It is just trash. And the customer service is the worst which I saw.
Doesn't a typical bra have supportive straps and a construct made of material that conforms to the body and offers at lest some support? Well, meet the "Lucy Bra" that's just a couple of cheap cups sewn to a thin piece of machine-cut fabric that might be used for an inexpensive slip or panties. Three small hooks and eyes that might be used in an amateur sewing project connect the cups in the front. There is no way this "bra" offers any support and if its survives the laundry, I'd be surprised. It's essentially unwearable. Because the cups are sewn to this thin piece of fabric, the fabric is not strong enough to hold the cups up or even stay put on the shoulder without falling off. This is a joke, a scam, to extract money from Americans for a dollar's worth of fabric. The Instagram video does make it look like an actual bra somehow, so kudos to the scammers for making us part with our good money. SPREAD THE WORD: LUCY BRA is another Chinese SCAM and they are laughing all the way to the bank. This isn't just a matter of lesser quality; this item was intentionally designed to fool American consumers. Yes it's from China and the construction is unusual. However, I asked customer service, by email, to replace the too-small size, and they did. It took a long time, but it arrived. I am getting used to the construction and fit, and I actually like it. I have a slight build, so I can't speak to fit issues for larger women.

Answer: I received real products from them, that's all I know. I also got real customer service.
Answer: They answered my email request. They don't accept returns but did have two offers to make things right, a partial refund or a replaced item. I chose the replaced item, which took a long time to arrive but did show up and was fine.
