Answer:
I received real products from them, that's all I know. I also got real customer service.

How do I get to customer service from Oslobrands? need to get a return address from you so I can return this product.

Answer:
They answered my email request. They don't accept returns but did have two offers to make things right, a partial refund or a replaced item. I chose the replaced item, which took a long time to arrive but did show up and was fine.
