After ordering a pair of low heel sandals, I waited (without any updates from the company) over six weeks to receive them, only to find they are way oversized and not at all adjustable cheap plastic and wood. In response to a request to return for a refund, they are telling me I should just wear them even if they don't fit. They told me it would cost too much to return them (at my expense) so they recommend I give them to someone else as a gift! They are clearly unwilling to deal with a return, but there was no indication of that on their website or of the extensive shipping delay.

Just like others here, the company is a complete scam, they doubled my order and of course charged me for both, even though I wrote them repeatedly before the order was even sent telling them to send only one pair of shoes, they went through probably 8 emails asking me to give one as a gift or would I like a different color, etc. When I received them, they again gave me a runaround to return, then ultimately told me they would only take them back if I sent it with tracking, which was going to cost me $80, more than the shoes cost! I sent them back anyway, and now they are saying they can't confirm they received the shoes back unless I have a tracking number. So, $71 lost. Crooks with abominable business practices.

Do not buy from Oskarr.com. I'm only giving 1 star because zero was not an option. Their website says they have a "30-day no-hassle" return policy, yet they refuse to take back the shoes or refund my money. The shoes are way too wide, but like the other reviewer stated, they suggest that I wear them even if they don't fit! In addition, they arrived in a bag! Not a box, a bag, and the shoes did not even have anything in the toe to give them support (like cardboard or tissue). They arrived with fold lines on the toe part of the leather. Look at their Facebook to see comments from other unhappy customers. They do not honor their stated refund policy.

Saw a great ad for their shoes on facebook, purchased them, received the shoes many weeks later. Shoes are terrible, no arch support, no padding, and do not fit. When I asked to return them, they advised me that it would be too expensive to return them by mail, and that I should give them as a gift to someone else! Do not buy from this company. I don't mind buying shoes online if there is a good return policy. Oskarr is not a company I would buy from again.

I ordered a pair of shoes. 2 months later of trying to reach them and finding out what happened to my order. They have finally arrived. See photos. The first two photos are what I bought. The last two photos are what I received. I told them that I want a return. They said it's not their fault that the size is wrong. They don't even admit that the shoes are not even what I ordered. That it had never happened before. I can give the to someone else. That it will cost me too much money to return the product, etc... they also said, if I'm a good customer, they'll give my $5 credit. Lol

I sure do wish I would have seen these other two reviews before buying shoes from Oskarr. I too was scammed.! The shoes are very uncomfortable and to big. And their Return Policy... it's a joke. They first told me to give them to a friend. I persisted. Then they told me they would only accept the return sent back via airmail, that cost $99. More that the shoes were worth. Emails went back and forth and they fought me the whole way, definitely not wanting to accept a return. I gave up. Basically lost $84 on the deal. I am so angry with the way this company mislead me on the purchase and then how they lied about the refund. Oh sure, I suppose they would have accepted my return if I had airmailed it back to them for the $99, but it would have cost me an additional $22 (original shipping cost is not refundable, that's another $7). You read that right, it cost them $7 to ship me the shoes. I SURE HOPE YOU SEE THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED BY OSKARR.!
