I ordered a bed set on 12/18/20, they indicated that it would be "white glove" delivery and set up within 8-15 days. After about two weeks, I hadn't heard anything about delivery being imminent and so reached out to them. You can't talk to a person, they tell you in their voicemail to send a text or email rather than leaving a message. I did so and got a response via text saying they would get back to me within 72 hours. They responded within that time frame stating that their acknowledgment of order indicated at the bottom (in a lighter font so it is easily overlooked) that it would take an additional 8-10 days due to Covid issues. After reading their BBB reviews, I saw that this happened to many people and additional delays had subsequently occurred. Not wanting to wait for 2-3 months to get my new bed, I texted them that I was only going to wait for that additional 10 days, and if they couldn't deliver my bed by that date, that I was going to cancel my order. They responded promptly by cancelling my order, saying they couldn't guarantee it would be ready in time (this was still 7 days in advance of the deadline). To their credit, they did refund my money promptly (the same day). I feel it is false advertising to continue to state on their website that they will deliver in 8-15 days when they know well and good that they will not be able to meet that promise, and automatically extend the deadline in their receipt of order (with a lighter font at the very bottom which is hard to see). The mattress may be great, I wouldn't know, as I didn't receive it. They claimed (to other people) that they were having trouble getting materials, but that doesn't change the fact that they still claim 8-15 days delivery. If you don't mind waiting 2-3 months to get a new bed, go for it.
