Of the three items I purchased 1 item actually looked liked the product. It was really cute though. I tried to return the other 2 items and in the emails they are giving me the run around. Me in a email: I want to return a some items where is the ticket thats needed for return on my account page?. 1week later Oshoplive: which items and why? That day Me: items dont fit? 4 days later Oshoplive: you want to return? Never got a answer back.
So bummed I wont be buying from them ever again. Order from places you can call customer service hotline.

I wish I could say I loved the dresses. I wish I could say the quality was great. I ordered May 26th 2-7 day delivery. Today is July 5th and no clothing has arrived. I contacted customer service because the tracking number they sent was invalid. I just received an email saying my tracking information has been update, whatever that means. I am currently disputing the charges on my card as I never received the items. Very disappointed.

I'm sorry if the 5 stars leads to positive numbers of this company if it is not as good as people know it to be... However, I just wanted to point out that there is no feature on this sitejabber website to have a general location of where a reviewer is posting from. The reason this should be a feature is... With this particular store in question... OShopLive... The reviews have hardly any 2-3-4 star reviews... Think about that for a minute. It's either 5, or 1. People either love them to the moon, or hate this company. The 5s, and 1s are almost a 50/50% proportional mix. How does this happen? What is the reason? How are people having such extreme differences in experience when conducting a business transaction when using this company? All of this got me to thinking that perhaps the reviews are fake. So, I started to read a bunch of reviews to figure it out. To me what I noticed is, most of the 5 star reviews written in English. Are written poorly. They are full of bad use of the language, common local sayings a butchered, really horrible misspellings, and punctuation etc. Some actually make no sense. However, the 1 star reviews are much better grammar wise, spelling wise, and local sayings are used properly. This site (OShopLive) is geared toward English speaking counties, and it is based in China... if we had a feature to see approximate origination location of review posts... it would be easier to tell if the 5 star posts were coming all from one location (like China) now wouldn't it? Just think about it people... just let that sink in. Why is the English so much better on the 1 star reviews?

Ive ordered from this website a couple of times now and have had different experiences. Shipping I find is a week later then advertised but thats alright with me. I do find the clothing quality is mixed. Ive ordered some beautiful stuff and been thrilled while other times the items have been disappointing. Also I find the sizing is funny. I recommend ordering a size larger when shopping if your from North America. Im usually a medium but I find these items tight. Costumer service is usually fast but one order they were out of stock on half the items I ordered, they did return the difference. Overall I would shop here again.
